Beautiful apartment, clean and well maintained. Central location, so expect some noise from revelers on weekends. The kitchen equipment could be a little better and unfortunately there is only one bathroom (toilet and shower in one room) which is a bit stressful with 7 people.

Really great multi-day overnight stay in the middle!! in the old townWe were completely satisfied and thrilled. Our unit was beautifully designed and super inviting, as were the beds! are a dream.The decor is very modern, beautiful kitchen and bathroomeverything was super clean and well prepared.Gladly again

This was our second time in the Altstadt Residenz and we were very satisfied again.Everything is very clean and nothing was missing.The contact with the landlord is warm and friendly.The furnishings are very modern and yet extremely comfortable. The pictures correspond 100% to reality.We stayed in residence 8 and 10.The location is very central, you are right in the pedestrian zone.

We booked at very short notice and only for one night. The organization was impeccable. Address very nice and approachable. We received a lot of useful information in advance (parking situation, current construction sites in the city) without having to ask. Other queries were answered very promptly and friendly.Key handover via safe went smoothly.The apartment was very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need. The beds are extremely comfortable.For us a great accommodation for stays in Fulda, which is still centrally located.

A very nice, extremely clean room with a practical kitchen for your own breakfast. Great location in the middle of the city center without being too noisy. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Checking the key safe in and out is super easy

Super nice and personal contact, very clean and nice apartments (we had apt. 7 & 12) and the location is unbeatable. We were missing a dining table - otherwise everything was perfect and highly recommended!!

Very nice, clean and quiet accommodation/holiday apartment in Fulda's old town! Checking in via the night safe was completely problem-free. Communication excellent! All sights and good bars within walking distance.

It's often the little things that make it really good: great beds and bedding; soft and absorbent towels. A very well-equipped kitchen for the size of the apartment. But of course also the very central, but still quiet location.Everything is high quality and well maintained. Landlord very nice, informative, easy to reach and helpful. Tastefully decorated.What you should know: free parking is generally not possible in the city center.There are glasses for long drinks and whiskey tumblers, but if you value wine glasses or small shot glasses you won't find them - you can't have everything. Otherwise, the small kitchen offers practically everything you need to prepare food on vacation.The roof terrace, which has been declared a “smoking island”, is also nice for non-smokers to sunbathe.All in all: highly recommended. If you have any special concerns, it's best to ask, the landlords usually have advice.
