full parking lot… overwhelmed kitchen.Only the fried egg was good on the Holsteiner Schnitzel.Meat dry, fried potatoes fried to death, could have been served to a nutcracker. The lumberjack steak consisted of 2 small neck carbonates with a strange aftertaste (goense leg in the same pan?) Beans completely over salted... It's a shame, because the terrace is really beautifully located.

On the terrace with a view of the Weser and a great ambience you can end the day with delicious dishes and a glass of Swabian Trollinger. I chose a Holsteiner Schnitzel, although you can say that the chef knows his craft. The service was friendly. I would like to come back to the Klostermühle in Bursfelde.Today's Tuesday offer, schnitzel strips Szechuan style, was very well put together. The breading of the schnitzel was crispy and the Szechuan vegetable stir-fry had perfect Asian seasoning. Absolutely delicious. A big compliment to the kitchen team.

Unfortunately only 1 star this time. The pumpkin soup was lukewarm and we had to wait over an hour for our food. This time my lumberjack steak consisted of 3 small pieces that were completely cooked through and very dry. Hopefully better next time.

Just driving past during a car tour captivated me. So I quickly decided to turn around and sit down for lunch on the cozy outdoor terrace. The spicy pancake with mushrooms, apple leek cream and salad was very tasty. The atmosphere is really inviting and the staff is very friendly. Very relaxing atmosphere.
