I stayed in this dilapidated place upon choice of the Magellan club for Oktoberfest.... negative and not recommended experience (dirty bathroom with almost dangling shower doors, bathroom on the floor serving dirty guests without any sink even without toilet paper). I think that There are no three-star hotels at this level in the third world!

Booked with Magellan club returning from Oktoberfest. Non-existent check in, done by the driver who gave us the keys. Hotel reception non-existent. Dirty room, no hot water in the showers. Big bugs on the bed. Dirty bathroom. Indecent breakfast, without sweets. Broken glasses. No juice. Nutella and Philadelphia expired.

Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars.Room totally worn out, no TV...where you can see over it for one night..but☝️..such dirt, nothing was clean..we canceled straight away and looked for another hotel.Before I ever stay overnight in the A8en would have to then I'd rather sleep in the car.The worst hotel I've ever seen so far.There was one positive thing, the money was given back to me immediately without any discussion.

Apparently there is an old and a new building, my report refers to the old building where you have to climb the stairs:After I moved into room 28, I noticed broken fittings in the bathroom, hair in the shower and a wet toilet seat. There was a small refrigerator on the desk that was out of order. The only thing that was clean was the bed, which was freshly made.When I pointed out the problems to the friendly young man at reception, he really tried to remedy the situation. So he gave me a 3-bed room, which I moved into alone.While this was clean, the bathroom light didn't work and the furnishings were pretty tattered. TV didn't work because the cable was ripped out of the wall.I was tired of complaining again, so I stayed in the room.At the morning breakfast buffet, the juice machine was only partially functional, Multi and Orange were not available at the dispenser, there were post-its saying "out of order".When I checked out I couldn't complain because the reception was unmanned. And payment was already made at check-in...Photos were taken and will be forwarded accordingly

Dilapidated and obviously not clean rooms, we arrived at night and we were all, about 9 rooms, without hot water, the guy at the reception didn't give us the right rooms for the number of occupants and we exchanged keys between us, and for breakfast we had to fight with another group of guests for cups and cutlery

The positive first. It is located close to the highway. Unfortunately the rooms are neither clean nor anything else. Stains on the walls. Water damage on the floor with a hole in the wall. Breakfast nothing chilled and foil to remove yourself. I preferred to have breakfast somewhere else. My expectations weren't high for one night, but this might not be a place to stay just for one night. I can't say anything about the service because it wasn't there. The man only gave monosyllabic answers and disappeared. Then you just looked.

Room is fine!Bathroom is not clean regarding sink water stainsDried water stains under the sink cabinet!Shower cubicle no clean glass surface!Shower curtain too narrow, water splashes out onto the bathroom floor!Breakfast is good!Pastry tongs are missing!Cutlery is not clean!Tables sticky and wobble!We had the room facing a car repair shop where they start working at 7am!It's hard to bear for one night!! That's how customer service should be. We called very late to see if there was still a room available. Leo waited especially for us. Very warm welcome. Highly recommended in the 'transit hotel' category.

More than friendly and helpful! I am so surprised that there are such friendly people and I am extremely grateful!!! The room was also clean and had everything you needed and was nicely decorated. I am very, very happy that I was able to sleep here 😊

The man behind the counter needs to take a serious course in customer service. What a bad presentation. Kept talking about my booking via booking, while I showed him that we had reserved via hotellme. Then he says that there was a problem because there was no hot water. Not a disaster for us, so I waited for his sequel. Minutes later he suddenly says from behind his computer "I send you a message, we have no rooms". He couldn't tell me what kind of message this was. That's also nonsense, because I didn't see an email, text message or telephone call anywhere. After much discussion, we were eventually given 2 rooms in another room with 2 beds instead of 3 beds. No explanation or guidance at all. The rooms themselves were clean, but otherwise nothing special and no atmosphere. Noise outside and in the hallway until 1am. Only the location is a plus, close to the highway.

Location is practical, but not recommended! The rooms were dirty, there was hair on the bed, swimming shorts were in the bathroom cupboard, and the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. The bathroom mirror was full of water stains. Empty toilet paper rolls hang on the toilet paper holder.Breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. We were there at 8:00 a.m., the sausage and cheese was not refrigerated and was wrapped in cling film and we had to unpack it ourselves. Peppers were slimy.We changed rooms three times.No recommendation!

The room was very dirty, there was food on the walls and it smelled really bad. In the bathroom there were hairs from previous people and the bed sheets reeked and were very dirty, which lead to me staying up all night. In one of my friends' room there was snus on the ceiling and mold in the bathroom. The location itself is very creepy and the door to my room didn't lock very well. Veryy disgusting and smelly, there were cigarettes behind our bed and there was broken furniture, definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND. Thank god we were staying only for one night but I myself was very scared of the hotel's corridors and atmosphere.

We booked a Comfort Deluxe triple room including breakfast.First of all, the photos on the Internet have absolutely nothing to do with reality.So the room was anything but comfortable. The entire room including the bathroom was extremely dirty. The shower smelled, among other things. I don't even want to start with the toilet brush. The mirror cabinet in the bathroom was broken. The desk and bedside table were completely glued. In general the furniture was more than shabby. We had my little daughter (2.5 years old) with us. She got a completely normal 2m x 90cm bed. There was only a single socket. The television was attached to a loose wooden board that was almost falling off. The curtain on the window came across us several times when we opened the window. The walls and ceilings in the room were partly dirty (with strange stains),painted over cracked and stained. The breakfast was horrible. Absolutely dirty dishes. No choice. No fresh fruit. The coffee machine said “please clean” on both days. Sausage and cheese were not cooled. No vegetables such as tomatoes or cucumbers. There was no jam. The rolls were like cardboard (baked rolls). So everything is absolutely not fresh.The escape routes were partially restricted by furniture.It looks even better in the pictures than it did in real life. Absolutely not recommended.Not to mention the price and performance ratio. 10€ per night/person would still be too much.

One star is still too many!This hotel is a pure horror film. The lights in the building don't work, forcing me to shine my flashlight in the stairwell and hallways at night. I'm also not entirely sure about the characters who live here with me (I was the only German). The emergency exit remained open overnight, so that uninvited guests could theoretically walk in at any time. The room was more reminiscent of a Russian prison. The walls are noisy and various insects were flying around in the room. The bed is rock hard, the floor hasn't been vacuumed and I found hair from my previous visitors everywhere. Just disgusting. The TV is the cheapest of the cheapest and the noise all around is just unbearably loud. I always brought my suitcase and valuables to the car when I was out and about.Be sure to drive past it. This hotel cannot call itself a “hotel”.

There were so many things wrong with our rooms. We were on a school trip, so the rooms should be at least able to accomodate us comfortably and to be clean enough for us to sleep in there. Was it clean? Hell no. Was it comfortable? Definetly not! Our classmates had to go to the reception to complain about bugs, mold, the trash was not even picked up! Not to mention that the canalisation smelled like excrements every time someone wanted to use the bathroom! There were so many broken things in different rooms AND the bedding was STALE and did not smell good. Let me tell you that many of our classmates did NOT sleep, just because they were scared from bugs and absolutely everything falling or literally breaking. I will also not be afraid to mention that now we have to travel and sightsee for a whole day but we will not be able to stand on our feet just because of YOUR hotel. Or is it a motel? Near the Autobahn? I get it, it should be for a quick night to sleep somewhere and then continue going, but damn, clean your god-damn rooms!If you want to be scared all night if you are going to catch an illness from the bedsheets or the dried tomato we had stuck on our wall, then do go there.I absolutely do NOT recommend that excuse of a hotel.
