We spent one night in this house! The building cannot be recognized as a hotel from the inside and outside, except for the lettering!The room and the "bathroom" are very outdated and urgently need to be renovated and at least partially adapted to today's standards. But they were clean. The breakfast adapted to what was previously described. All of this would be acceptable if a double room didn't cost 90 euros!The service person in the morning was nice.Silvia Burkart

The building looks terrible and uninviting from the outside, which has nothing to do with a hotel. A lot should be changed here and the original landmark should be restored. Inside, the dark and frightening picture continues. Everything cracks, squeaks and is out of date. You feel like you're trapped here in the 80s. The hotel really shouldn't be a hotel anymore or should change much. I will of course revise my rating immediately.

Great hotel and the location and parking spaces are perfect for fitters. There is a small Indian restaurant on site that serves food until 10 p.m. The rooms are perfect and you sleep very well.

The Königsbrunner Hof is unbeatable in terms of price/performance ratio.We had very friendly and attentive service with Ms. Gröber. We were also happy about the little things when we arrived in the hotel room.Room is clean and equipped with the necessary things (hair dryer, shampoo, etc.).

We felt very comfortable throughout our entire stay. We received a friendly welcome and the room was very clean. Absolutely great, we can recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back.

Hello everyone. So first of all I would like to say that I have already moved into a few hotel rooms and I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews!!! We were on site with an assembly team of four people and everyone had their own room. - These were spotlessly clean - from the beds and carpet, to the entire bathroom/shower head, to the top edge of the door or frame! I pay a lot of attention to that!!! The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.The breakfast was better than expected. And there's a touch of exoticism in the booking... There were a few canaries/budgies flying through the stairwell :D I thought it was great!! So 5 stars!!! And to anyone who considers the old-fashioned furniture to be a negative factor in the rating, I say: You don't have to move in here!!!

Nice staff, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, warm and the mattress was great.After consultation, I was able to have breakfast a little earlier. This was sufficient and tasty.Price performance was great.I can't understand the negative reviews, everything was great.

Was just disappointed. Entrance area, facade simply not appealing. Rooms dated but fortunately clean. Only the staff was nice and the breakfast was okay. Please make more of it.

Cleanliness was okay (hair on the bed), furniture very old-fashioned, room got very warm during the day and you couldn't ventilate it very well because of the glazed balcony,Very noisy rooms and loud, knocking heating.Very good WiFi.
