Be careful of this hotel! You should always say positive things first. The mattresses are great. Hard and not designed. But we saved ourselves having to look under the sheets! Now to the event. We have a legally binding booking contract, which the hotel has been informed about (by HRS). We also wrote to the hotel afterwards. When we arrived, the hotel wanted us to pay EUR 29.99 more - without proof of validity or any business basis - and refused to allow us to check in (although this would have been very expensive for the hotel afterwards, as they would have to pay any form of compensation must!). The hotel claimed that it knew nothing about the three of us arriving. Contrary to the booking confirmation from HRS – AND the previous email correspondence with us (was mentioned again.).Employees work at the reception who are not allowed to have and do not have any authority from the hotel operator. As a result, no competent staff is available. If you have any questions, the employee MUST first call the boss, on a continuous loop. An invoice is then printed remotely if the guest requests it.The hotel has a cooperation agreement with various platforms. From my own hotel experience, I know that contracts and prices are concluded there that, among other things, do not correspond to the local prices. I also know from my own experience how such bookings are transferred. Accordingly, the hotel must also record this in the system. When the cooperation partner is transferred, all information such as people and the total amount are also transferred. The boss herself said that she had no idea about bookings of any kind. Is this actually supposed to “satisfy” the guest if there is a lack of competence? Of course not. Training needs must be clarified internally and not communicated to the guest as an excuse.Until the end, the hotel was unable to provide a valid basis as to why they would be entitled to demand an unreasonable price increase. If HRS has made a mistake here - which according to HRS did not exist, but the conditions agreed with the hotel were awarded to us - the hotel must clarify this with HRS. HRS confirmed that if we are going to pay the arbitrarily requested sum – we do not have to cover it as there is no apparent error. We checked in and what can you say about the room? Please do not put clothes in the closets without checking them first, as you will get annoyed afterwards. The cupboards haven't been cleaned in a while. Spiders have spread throughout the room, cobwebs hang from the walls and ceilings. There is even a lack of replacing an item worth less than EUR 10.00 in the shower (rusted and unsightly). The curtains haven't been cleaned for quite some time.We were refused a receipt at check-out when we paid the amount - according to the binding contract. However, there are 6 witnesses - 3 of them hotel employees - and of course the video surveillance. The question here is whether the income is reported to the tax office? Can you recommend the hotel? NO! Especially because of the manner of the two bosses (man and woman). Both can only shout and have no idea how to run a company.Addendum: Fraud comes first here. The hotel (!) changed our booking AFTER we left and changed the price. As is well known, the accusation of racism is the club that one swings when one has no arguments. Calling dirty rooms a fly in the ointment is also anything but competent.

Unfortunately, we were unable to go on our planned trip due to a corona infection. The hotel accommodated our short-term cancellation and sent friendly well-wishes. We thought that was very fair. …

It's a nice and very clean hotel. Our room was newly renovated and we felt very comfortable. We previously went to the knight's dinner in Kirchberg and then spent the night here. I can recommend this hotel.
