The price-performance ratio was quite okay, the hotel room was clean, the staff was friendly. The selection at the breakfast buffet was inOrderApparently the hotel is less busy on weekends. Nevertheless, if a hotel is full, then that should be itBreakfast buffet should be a little better “filled”.Individual products were always missing, sometimes rolls, sometimes scrambled eggs, sometimes coffee. Of course something can run out, but maybe not just 30 minutes after the buffet opens. In principle, I have nothing against functionally furnished rooms. But compared to the room furnishings, a room in the KKH is an oasis of well-being... . It probably also has to do with the origin of the building, which I don't know. But no light/light switch on the bed, which is rather unusual. One or two pictures on the wall would be nice. The mattress was far too soft, other guests also said that.

Great value for money.Small, functional and clean rooms with a well-kept bathroom.Staff is friendly, breakfast is rather spartan but completely sufficient. The hotel is the best choice if you just need to stay in Augsburg for a few days. The only point of criticism is the pillow, which needs to be replaced.

The rooms are extremely small and dirty. There were dead insects and boogers on the walls and some of the bed linen was stained. In general, the building does not appear to have been renovated for some time. The paint on the walls is yellowed, the furniture is scratched and some writings can be seen in the dust. The beds and floors are extremely creaky and the rooms are very noisy, so you can hear every movement of the other guests. In terms of furnishings, it looks more like a low-quality youth hostel than a hotel. Absolutely not recommended, I definitely won't come here again.

The rooms are clean, the toilet in the room is excellent, modern. The restaurant is solid, the directions to the hotel are quite confusing, the internet is bad.

I'll start with the positive: rooms clean, staff nice, PARKING FOR FREE.However, the breakfast is really VERY manageable. Sometimes it's the little things that bother you. For example, stiff soap dispensers at the sink and shower where hardly anything comes out. A small refrigerator in the room or a hairdryer can actually be found everywhere else.Since the parking space usually costs money in other hotels, I would say that the price-performance ratio is just okay. The location is 5-6km from the city center. There is a bus stop about 500m further.

Insolently unfriendly “lady” at the reception desk. After 10 years of assembly, I have never experienced anything like this.Rooms are okay.
