Nice hotel for our short vacation. Well located near the city. Very friendly staff, really familiar, and always have fun every now and then.The small but nice spa area was also great. After a rainy day, going back to the sauna and whirlpool, wonderful!We'll definitely be back.

A really nice and familiar hotel at a fair price. The furnishings are sometimes a bit old-fashioned, but are 100% well maintained and are being modernized bit by bit. Everything is clean, the food is good and the employees are very friendly.

Return to the 70s.The room and hallway had carpeted floors, which are no longer up-to-date today, but otherwise suited the entire hotel. The bathroom was a little newer, which upgraded the room a bit.The pool in the basement was more of a darkroom and I had the sauna to myself as there wasn't much activity there.The relaxation area was so full of seating that it was almost impossible to open the door.Sometimes less is more, just a tip.Breakfast was quite good so far. Otherwise, the 70+ age group is represented in the hotel.

Very friendly hotel, room was very large, everything was spotlessly clean. In the basement area there is a whirlpool, swimming pool, infrared sauna, etc. The center can be reached on foot in just a few minutes, and you can park for free directly at the hotel. You can book without hesitation.

This time we stayed at the hotel for our annual thermal spa holidayThe wellness facility is great and offers great relaxation.The rooms are old but perfectly adequate for sleeping.The only thing that bothered me personally is the price of the drinks in the room, I find €5 for a small apple spritzer to be very cheeky.And the rolls at breakfast are already pre-cut, but to me they lose some of their crunch and seem a bit flimsy and old.Otherwise nice hotel

Very nice and clean hotel. Not quite modern anymore but very well maintained.A wellness area with raging children doesn't quite fit together for me, but the wellness facilities are also well maintained.A highlight is the kitchen, the food was fantastic.

My friend celebrated her 30th birthday there and the family touchingly organized that she got a cake and a cake in the morning. And the sauna and spa are very nice, the rooms are a bit old but the family and staff are so personal and nice, extraordinary recommendation!

In contrast to some bad reviews of the service and cleanliness, I have to say that a lot has happened here. I found the staff to be absolutely friendly. I found the room to be very clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. For me, the spa area has everything a small but nice spa area should have. The parking situation is also great, but if there is more going on it could actually be a little more difficult. The hotel doesn't look super modern, but I, as a young woman, didn't have a problem with it after all, it has everything I need. By the way, WiFi works great 😄. What's great is that you're so close to the thermal baths and everything you need is right around it. The breakfast was okay. There are still a few sweet pieces missing here and there and it would be nice, for example. B croissants to choose from. But that's really "complaining" at a high level. The selection that is available definitely makes you full and happy. From sausage - fresh cheese - fruit - muesli and eggs, everything is available. A clear recommendation for me. Not to forget the price performance is also great.

My mother has been visiting the hotel with a tour group for several years. This year she was unable to take part at short notice due to health reasons. After several calls to ask whether we would be refunded part of the travel price as a gesture of goodwill, I only received a call back the following week with a reference to the terms and conditions and that no refund could be made.

Mr. Steinle charged our electric car with the hotel’s wall-box and fiddled around with the charging cable on our car while there was an issue with charging, without our permission. After that, the car had to be towed away by the ADAC. He was very impolite, denied any wrongdoing, and refused to help. He even wanted to charge extra money because we were stuck in his hotel while we had to arrange how to get home. It is a shame to encounter such people in locations where one wants to enjoy time off. Unfortunately, this overshadowed everything else, including the fact that the rooms were not cleaned and the toilet leaked water, which was not fixed even after we informed the staff. However, we would like to acknowledge the lady at the reception and the lady in the restaurant for their polite behavior.
