I arrived at the hotel at 3:15 p.m. There was no one at the reception. A welcome letter and the room key were there. The room is large, but the carpet is full of stains. The toilet bowl is brown with urine stone. Cleaning the toilet bowl hardly helped. The floor in the toilet was wet and dark stripes on the rails were probably mold. The radiators were cold and stayed cold. At night it was minus 1 degree outside. I was freezing all night. So I decided to leave early.Despite the many complaints, I remained friendly and polite, which I cannot say about Ms. Lichy. Rather unfriendly and condescending, she offered me another room. From Room 101, to Zo. 100. Admittedly this room was much nicer, but the radiators didn't work there either. So I decided to leave. She very snippyly told me that I had to pay 30 percent of my 3-day booking. Since I was very surprised by this, Ms. Lichy said that she had offered me an alternative and if I didn't accept it, that would be my problem. My reason for saying that the radiators don't work in this room either was that she said it would be warmer outside again tomorrow anyway. Basically, I shouldn't act like that. When I handed the room key to the receptionist she turned her back to me.No farewell... no good trip... She stood there like an offended liver sausage. What kind of hotel manager...!?!?A big thank you to the employees. They were helpful and very friendly. So I was freezing and paid 126 euros for 1 night/night.I don't even pay that for half board in a 4 star hotel in Klosters.By the way, I was at the Tannenhof about 15 years ago. Everything is just the finest. It's a shame about the hotel in such a wonderful location.

We booked an Alpspitz double room for one night while traveling through by bike. When we booked 7 months earlier, there was talk of a restaurant... unfortunately this no longer existed, which was one of the reasons we booked. There was no staff present when we arrived at around 4:00 p.m. The registration form to be filled out, including the room key, was on the counter for all arriving guests, there was no compartment for the completed form, the PC was on and accessible to everyone... Data protection? There was no storage space available for our bikes… other guests used the wooden hut in front of the door. But this was full of 2 bikes. The room/bathroom/furniture was very old and urgently needs to be renewed. Our tour of the wellness area showed us that the sauna was off. Other guests in the pool area would have liked to use them too, but there was no one there to turn them on.Since there was an “emergency number” on the front door, we called it to get information about the restaurant, bike cellar and sauna. The boss?/employee? immediately made it clear to us that this was not a number to answer questions, but only if there were problems with the key. We then received very unfriendly answers. The restaurant would be closed and the sauna wouldn't be turned on for 2 people... Our comment that the price-performance ratio would no longer be right for 172 euros for one night and that we would like to talk about a price reduction over breakfast was immediately accepted dismissed with the sentence: She doesn't have to do anything here and if we don't like it, we could move out again! No sooner said than done and spontaneously received a very warm welcome on the sunny slope 500 m away. The hotel has a great location and a lot of potential if you implement the appropriate innovations. Friendliness and service should come first so that the last guests don't run away.

Attention, you will find out that it is a Garni Hotel when you arrive, and that there is no restaurant in the hotel despite its “connectedness to the earth”:In the beautiful gardens and the wonderful nature around the hotel!Edible life force from excellent, award-winning, top-class cuisine."The drain in their shower didn't work and the whole room was under water. No spare room available, moved to another house at my request because it is no longer habitable.Full price has been requested!Apology letters with lots of accusations were received without the sender's name. The boss is insulting to the guests.

The room was huge and clean but the refrigerator in the room didn't work and an electric cooler bag next to the bed was functional but moldy. The view from the balcony was mega. Unfortunately only hand soap in the bathroom and no hygiene items as advertised. But when I asked, I got this. The breakfast was good and the guys were super friendly. In a hotel like this in this location, you should stay on the ball with the renovation because the plaster in the swimming pool is already starting to come loose and there is no attention to detail for wellness. At the sauna a basket of wrinkled apples, a few tea bags and plastic cups. We travel a lot and often and I can say that the category for the double room is set high at €162 per night. Nevertheless, our weekend was very nice.
