The hotel is definitely recommended for this price, we felt very comfortable and nothing was missing. The hotel's good location leaves nothing to be desired, everything is within walking distance, whether restaurants or bars, beautiful walking paths, etc.We'll definitely be happy to come back!

Very clean hotel with good price/performance ratio. Our room was newly renovated - the bathroom was still original but OK. There is no breakfast in the hotel - but that was fine for us. We only stayed in the hotel for one night for a visit.

We got married in the event location Lager 3 on the day of the overnight stay.The hotel is ideally located and can be reached quickly on foot.Check-in with a key box went smoothly and easily!We can only warmly recommend the hotel for guests (and the bride and groom themselves) who are getting married in Camp 3.Thank you also for the late check-out.

Very nice service staff. Unfortunately, the hotel has no elevator and only a few parking spaces in front of the house. And if a car needs two parking spaces, then you can only park in the parking garage and walk to the hotel.

Booked spontaneously on a bike trip from Chemnitz to Hinterstein and Lake Constance. Everything is friendly and uncomplicated - thanks to the key safe and the corresponding comprehensive email, your journey is stress-free. New team in the house, which certainly still has a lot of work to do, but as a guest you feel in great hands. Rooms clean, air conditioning very helpful in the warm nights.. Will happily come back

Nice hotel with a very nice manager. The room has its own bathroom with shower. The room has a small refrigerator and air conditioning. Clean and comfortable. There are places near the hotel where you can park your car for free. There is a drinks machine in common areas.

The hotel is centrally located to the city center. The thermal baths are also very easy to reach. There are some parking spaces directly at the hotel. Bicycles can be stored in a garage. This is not closed and also appears very chaotic. We wouldn't have known where to safely park our bikes. Check-in could be carried out by telephone. This went smoothly and the first contact was very nice. We were assigned a room on the third floor. Unfortunately there is no elevator in the hotel. There was a bit of a strange smell in the entrance area and in the stairwell and at first glance it wasn't very clean. The room was already very old. There was also carpet throughout the room. Not the best sleeping option due to allergies. After a short phone call with an employee, the room could be changed. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The new room was on the ground floor and, in contrast to the other room, was renovated (except for the bathroom). Despite the new appearance, the room seems a bit chaotic. Unfortunately, the unpleasant smell could also be found in this room. You should definitely work on the price-performance ratio here.

Room was OK, a bit cold. I had to wait half an hour for hot water to warm up. Breakfast was on spar 🔥 flame. A plus room had a balcony and air conditioning. 👍

scary area, arrived in the evening, hotel was dark & the woman who opened the door was very unkempt and doesn't speak German well,The room was very old, the bathroom was old, the linen had stains, the breakfast was very scarce, the waiter said you should say whatever you wanted, he didn't set up the gabze buffet because there were hardly any guests there (not very pleasant, after all the questions (to have to!) only grain bread for breakfast, not even jam & juices were at the buffet, waiters were very rarely in the breakfast room

I'm traveling through with my wife. The hotel is very clean. The hotel staff was courteous and very friendly! The box spring beds are some of the best there is. The room is well renovated and very spacious. The breakfast is perfect, it has everything a man (woman) could want. It is in a quiet location and has its own parking spaces! All in all great!!! Spent 3 nights there. What can I say 🤔 Room....no comment. BUT the location is great. Everything reached on foot. Also the thermal baths. AND the lady from the breakfast buffet, very friendly and warm. The maid too. Therefore 5 stars here. The price per room is okay. VG
