This is also written faster.The hotel is very conveniently located for the center and for cycling. The rooms were modernly furnished and we were also pleasantly surprised by the size. We thought it was great that we could park the e-bikes we had brought with us in a locked room (formerly a dance room).Unfortunately, it was all positive.Now let's come to the negative aspects of our vacation:1. If I rated the size of the room positively, unfortunately I cannot say the same about the cleanliness.The mirrors were not cleaned before we moved in (there were handprints on them); the bathroom tiles next to the sink had not been wiped down. Unfortunately there were no fly screens on the windows, so we had to live with uninvited “guests”. It would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room in this very nice and warm weather, which is welcome for us. We couldn't find a single trouser hanger in the closet.2. The breakfast wasn't as described in some of the reviews. At least not if you get to breakfast at 8:00 a.m. let alone 8:30 a.m. The same three types of sausage and one type of cheese were served every day. Guests who came later for breakfast did not find any tables cleared or newly set.I would also like to mention the evening buffet here. The hotel “lives very much from the visits of SKAN-CLUB 60 Plus guests”. But that doesn't mean that when dinner begins at 6:00 p.m., experience shows that these guests "pounce" on the buffet, and that at 6:30 p.m. some dishes are no longer available and are no longer refilled. (Photo) Reason given by the staff: “The chef is no longer there and we can only put out what is there”. Unfortunately, this happened to us on 3 out of 7 evenings. Most days the food was pretty cold and “stale”. There can be no question of a reasonably good evening buffet here. In addition, sometimes you didn't even know what was on offer. The labeling of the individual dishes was simply missing.3. I also have to address another problem here. We are aware that hotels, like restaurants, have staffing problems, but if a hotel has to be booked, then this should not be an obstacle to appropriate care/service. One had the feeling that the staff was often overwhelmed, as there was often only one waiter responsible for all the guests. One evening we waited almost an hour for our drinks. Apart from communication problems. Speaking English is good, but I'm in Germany and I also speak German!4. The booked package “Holiday in sunny Allgäu” included, among other things, a dance evening and a “Kaiserschmarrn” meal. When we checked in, we were informed that there had been no dance evenings for some time. Why isn't this changed in the description? The Kaiserschmarrn also couldn't be offered because the chef himself wasn't there and the other employees couldn't cook this dish.Since the amount we paid of €910.00 includes all the services included in the booked arrangement, we wonder why the hotel does not match the price of the services that were not provided.6. Photos: This is what the buffet looked like on August 15, 2024 at 6:27 p.m. It was neither refilled nor could you eat the side dishes of mashed potatoes (cold and “dried-out”) or the potato wedges (cold and “mushy”). We don't know what was in the empty container. Unfortunately, it was only that evening that we came up with the idea of ​​photographing the “buffet”.

We stayed at Morada Hotel for 2 nights during a bike tour. The house is old overall but we had a huge, renovated double room with a balcony. That was really good. The breakfast was ok, according to the price. The breakfast room could be cleaner, there were crumbs everywhere on the benches and floor. For the two nights the hotel was absolutely ok for the price. Would come again.

The rooms were large and renovated. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is located in a quiet yet central location. Small drawback: Although breakfast is until 10 a.m., it was pretty busy at 9:30 a.m.

Unfortunately my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. As soon as we arrived in the room, it was noticeable that there wasn't even a bottle of water provided - something that is taken for granted in most hotels and that I really missed here.To make matters worse, the cleaning lady simply entered the room at 8:30 a.m. the next morning without knocking, which I found extremely unpleasant. Something like this definitely shouldn't happen in a hotel.Overall, the stay wasn't as pleasant as I had hoped.

I wanted to give more stars but there have been several hairs on one bed and the only solution the hotel offered was to provide a towel to get rid of them...

Dirty... cobwebs everywhere when you asked where you could park because everything was full... very unfriendly advice that you should just look in side streets. The breakfast was a catastrophe, what was there at 8.30... dried up old sausage that's where you miss it Chef walked around with his sweat towel over his shoulder...honestly!!! I was told there was no staff.. honestly not my problem!!!!

We were out on our bikes 👍gladly again 👍

You can definitely stay overnight.
