We were on holiday here as a family with our dog for a few days and will definitely come back. Very centrally located, plenty of parking, very nice and courteous staff. Our dog “Simba” enjoyed it as much as we did

The hotel is centrally located in Schwangau. It is no problem to walk to Neuschwanstein Castle or Hohenschwangau (the carriage is recommended just beforehand). The brewery is also a 3-minute walk away and worth a visit. All the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The sauna in the wellness area also invites you to relax after a day of hiking. Bathrobes and slippers can be rented/purchased on site for little money. The breakfast is rich and delicious. If you're lucky, you can look directly at Neuschwanstein from your balcony.

It was a very nice hotel. Of course, it is an old classic Bavarian hotel. The breakfast was outstanding and had everything. I did not use the sauna. There is parking. We went everywhere with our own bike. I would stay again, there is nothing negative.

Don't be deceived by the external impression, the hotel is a dream!Very well organized and beautifully decorated. Great wellness area and it is easily accessible without coming into contact with other guests.The breakfast is super great and made with high quality ingredients.The rooms are ultra-modern and clean!

A dreamlike landscape with a unique hotel where you will be welcomed just as warmly as you would like as a guest. The staff, helpful and courteous, with every question you ask at the reception you also get good tips for this region. The comfort of the hotel and the location round off the travel destination in this region particularly well. You can reach the most important castles in this region in 40 minutes on foot or in 4 minutes by bus (bus stop just in front of the hotel). With the guest card you can use the buses for free. Breakfast is an experience in itself and makes your heart beat faster. Whether fit, healthy or spicy for the day, there is everything you could wish for here. Here too, a warm and friendly staff, what else could you wish for? The breakfast experience is remarkable if it happens to be your birthday like me, but you should experience that for yourself.We can also recommend the SPA here; you can recharge your batteries after a hike or sightseeing.

Nice area, unfortunately the main road, which is directly in front of the hotel, bothered us a lot at night because it was very loud and some trucks drove through the town, especially at night, to deliver to the supermarkets.Rooms are outdated and in need of renovation. Breakfast was good and the staff was actually very nice.Nevertheless, I would not visit the hotel again. Unfortunately we were not informed about an additional bicycle room. Unfortunately, during our stay, an employee also had a very negative and unfriendly way of pointing out things about the hotel to us. With the sleepless nights and the sometimes very unfriendly staff, I wouldn't recommend the hotel!

We stayed in the hotel for one night and were facing the street. So we had a very restless night because the main road was very busy.Our double room was simple but clean. However, the rooms are getting old and everything is very outdated.The breakfast was good and completely adequate. Bikes can be stored and charged; the bike garage can be locked with your room card.

Very nice, traditional hotel. Room with balcony e.g. Part with a view of the castle. Extensive breakfast buffet. Free parking and well-secured bicycle garage.The staff was very friendly and competent.But what am I writing here: just book and enjoy!
