Since the wedding we were invited to took place there, we also booked the rooms there. Booking and occupancy of the rooms was a nerve-wracking process that cost me almost 5 phone calls within a week. Above all, the tone on the phone became less friendly with every phone call. One day you were told it worked, the next day it suddenly stopped working. On the day of the wedding everything was a bit stressful and we had to make sure that all of the wedding party's cars found a parking space, which is why we, as hotel guests, thought we would drive into the underground car park so that our cars were gone and other invited people who weren't there If you had booked a room, you could find free public parking in front of the hotel. But I found it outrageous that the underground parking spaces were not included in the price and the rooms were not cheap at all. At least someone at reception could have said that these are chargeable. I also think that if there is a wedding celebration taking place in the hotel, a certain number of parking spaces for guests can be free of charge. Roughly speaking, the service staff made a very planned impression when it came to accommodation. And most people haven't heard of 'guest is king' or friendliness. The crowning glory of it all was the breakfast buffet the next morning, which wasn't completely enough for all guests and some food ran out. I think scrambled eggs and bacon can be recreated relatively quickly in a kitchen and pretzel sticks and croissants can be baked quickly. Juice carafes should also have been refilled quicker. If I can't get that calculated correctly as a hotel, I should probably... I'm thinking about offering a cake stand with different spreads and a bread basket in each room if I have the feeling that some guests eat too much at the buffet. Now let's move on to the service during the wedding. Firstly, the service staff should know how to cut a cake correctly. And that doesn't mean I just cut a cake into eights. Depending on the size, there should be at least 16 pieces of cake so that the guest can eat e.g. B. can eat two different cakes. Furthermore, 5 service staff just stood around in the corner during coffee and cake and literally wanted to be jumped on, rather than perhaps going through all the tables and asking if the guest would like to drink something else besides coffee, e.g. E.g. water or tea. No, here the service staff almost had to be forced to bring a bottle of water to the table. Throughout the entire celebration, it always took a long time until a new drink was served. And you have to say, it was a small, manageable wedding party that could easily be served by five people. The food was also carried cold from the kitchen to the warming containers in the buffet. The food cannot get warm in a warming container, especially if the lid is best left open when scooping the dish. This container is intended for keeping warm and not for heating! I checked carefully when the buffet was restocked that the food was already cold from the kitchen. My conclusion: I would neither celebrate a wedding there again nor book a room there.

I rate the restaurant. We paid €148.80 today. The pumpkin soup we ordered was forgotten. Unfortunately, the pumpkin lasagne offered on the additional menu was not available. The Maultaschen with Kässpatzen that were ordered instead were served without Kasspatzen. Two side salads we ordered were forgotten. The waitress didn't know the BierSprizz on the menu, she wanted me to show it to her. The unavailable pumpkin lasagne was still on the bill. For me it is incomprehensible that a new service is used on Sunday at lunchtime.I thought it was a bit fresh in the restaurant. The door to the outside catering was permanently open when the outside temperature was 15 degrees. A gentleman at the neighboring table, who was sitting closer to the open door, asked the waitress if the door couldn't be closed, and she responded vehemently, as otherwise outside dining would not be possible. Well, I only freeze once in the restaurant.I wanted to take home the 1 liter swing-top bottle with a beer specialty offered on the menu. But since 5 employees didn't know it, I don't understand why it's even offered. All in all, I have to say clearly that the expectations were not even remotely met.

I wanted food and drink. I sat for a quarter of an hour and no one took care of my order. New drinks were brought to the next table and although the waiter was now standing next to me, he wasn't interested. I then left the restaurant.

The location of the Hotel Hirsch in the middle of Ottobeuren is excellent. I booked two suites for two nights. The rooms are very large and functional, but unfortunately quite uncomfortable and are more reminiscent of a youth hostel.I was particularly disappointed by the unfriendliness of the reception. The treatment of guests is completely unprofessional. At a hefty price of over 450 EUR for two nights per suite, I expect significantly better service. I can no longer hear the constant whining about the lack of skilled workers. It's not a lack of skilled workers, but rather a lack of basic education and customer friendliness.

I'm judging the restaurant, not the hotel.First impression - the waiter: The beer glass comes dripping and is placed on the table without a beer mat. The menu in front of me is already closed, but he flees the table as quickly as he can without comment. Only later will I let go of my desire to order food.In the meantime my appetite fades, I see him demonstratively listlessly touching the neighboring tables with an unsightly rag (that was nothing more than partially spreading the bacteria). The cheese spaetzle was flawless. My side salad, on the other hand, consisted of huge, cut lettuce leaves soaked in a dressing. When you eat, all the liquid splashes around until you manage to put half the head of lettuce in your mouth. I'm angry about the uncaring attitude because it embodies the state of our country. After a 10-hour day at work, I just wish I had a little more for the money I earned!

With the change of management, the charm of.prima has completely disappeared. Gone are the Dirndlkleid, the beautiful decorations, the good food and the tablecloths at the tables!Sin! I advise the management to at least put paper placemats on the tables, given that it is a hotel and not a school canteen!

Room on floor 3 under a sloping ceiling, small window, small, but with a large bathroom. Eating well, maybe try it across the street at Mohren. The competence clearly lies in the beer, which is delicious.

Fresh home-brewed beer and a great roast pork. I am always happy to recommend the deer.

The three of us had dinner today.I had reserved a table, unfortunately we got a table right at the entrance.I would have liked to sit somewhere else, but it was either that one or no one at all!The waiter was very unfriendly and apparently overwhelmed since he was alone.Food was nothing special. They didn't ask if you wanted anything else to drink. We didn't do that either. It's a shame we definitely won't be going to this restaurant again.

The room was large, the furniture was rather simple and it was not a cozy atmosphere. For example, there are no pictures on the wall. There are only thick curtains on the window that you can draw, so it's dark. …
