Nice guesthouse with somewhat outdated rooms including carpet... laminate would be better. A small defect could be remedied the next day. You shouldn't expect luxury for the price and the street is a bit noisy if you don't close the windows but overall it's a decent price/performance ratio. The check out could be a little later. There is a communal fridge and a fully automatic coffee machine in a small common room and I used both of them... the house is pretty noisy and the restaurant on the ground floor is now closed. It looks like everything won't be open for long, but the stay was okay.

We had booked a stay from July 29th, 2022 to August 1st, 2022 for 3 people.The trouble started 2 days before when we first contacted us via WhatsApp and we were told that the guest who had occupied the single room had to move in the middle of their stay after the second day!We had booked a whole year in advance and found that impossible, as the second room was also a single room.I had to request the payment confirmation that we were promised after receipt of payment.After the third message, we found the constant contact from the landlord via WA annoying. We were also contacted again by email regarding the exact departure time.The rooms were clean but impractically furnished (for example, in the double rooms the TV is in the kitchen)The rooms were very stuffy and the windows were completely closed so that a restful sleep was hardly possible on the first evening.Unfortunately, the coffee cream in the fully automatic coffee machine that was provided was almost always empty and there was no substitute.Unfortunately, there are not enough parking spaces at the property, so it can happen that you have to walk 300 m to the next parking lot with all your luggage, as happened to usAll in all we won't be booking there again.

I spent a few days in the guest house with my dog. Clean rooms, a well-equipped kitchen for breakfast, shopping, restaurants and the bus stop just a few minutes' walk away. The landlady could be reached by phone and was very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay for an inexpensive vacation. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back

I stayed at the albergo for work. My room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the hotel is very noisy. You can hear every conversation, every shower, every walk down the hall. You can also hear the traffic all the time. Nocturnal peace was and cannot be guaranteed in this hotel. For this reason I wouldn't come again.

Unfortunately the room was constantly warm, no matter what you did. At night the traffic was so loud and the street lights were bright that it wasn't really possible to ventilate. The noise in the building was also annoying; vacations without a good night's sleep aren't really fun. So don't forget hearing and eye protection!
