We reserved the room and paid for it through Booking a couple days before arrival. We arrived at 21.45 on a Sunday night. There was no staff to be found neither the given phone number was answered. It lead to voicemail, which gave us another number (in german, which none of us spoke so it was a nightmare to find out). After around 40 minutes, the owner (i guess) arrived to give us the keys. He apologized for the inconvenience. The room we got wasn’t clean and had no hot water so we couldn’t take a shower. Neither the heating unit was working. Luckily we had our own blankets so we didn’t freeze to death.If i could give 0 stars I would. For 70€ it’s unacceptable.

Italian restaurant with good food, friendly service and an arrogant owner.Today there were seven of us eating at the pizzeria. The dishes, from pizza to pasta, were excellently prepared. The waiter was also very friendly.We had made a short-term reservation the day before with the information that we had to leave early for a date that had already been set. According to the booking statement, it wasn't a problem. When we asked for the bill and again pointed out our time problem and also offered that someone from the group who stayed behind could pay the total bill, we were ignored by the owner of the restaurant for over 15 minutes. When I asked again, he attacked me during the payment process, became verbally unfriendly and suggested that I should instead just order pizzas or go straight to a fast food restaurant.My conclusion: It is a shame when restaurant operators no longer master the simplest rules of communication and decency due to their own arrogance. For ourselves, I am sure that we will find another good Italian restaurant in the Gersthofen area in the future.

I was recently able to visit Villa Toscana. Full of anticipation, the positive mood changed relatively quickly. The room furniture was worn out but overall clean. The location - near the center - is good. The first negative touch should turn the food praised here into a positive one. Prices are already good. It was probably because the service didn't have the best day on Monday. The food was ok. On the terrace you quickly realized that the furniture, like in the room, had seen its best days.Evaluation:Room 2 stars because unfortunately worn furniture and open electrical connections.Service 2 stars because it was an “annoyed” effort purely on sight. After dinner, no one cared about us anymore.3 star location because it's close to the center, free parking spaceConclusion: Eat - yes you can. Ultimately, I wouldn't book an overnight stay again because of the lack of breakfast. But that's my opinion!

We wanted to celebrate our engagement with 80 guests in this “Italian” restaurant. He told us two dishes that would be available to choose from on the day of the celebration. To make sure the menu met our expectations, we visited the restaurant and tried the two dishes and wanted to pay our deposit of €1000.Unfortunately we were seriously disappointed. The portions were extremely small and the boss charged almost 30 euros per portion for the celebration, excluding drinks, coffee, etc.When we politely asked him what the portions would be on the day of the celebration, he completely freaked out. He exposed us in front of all the other guests, became disrespectful, loud and rude.The food was an absolute disaster. The boss spoke of high quality food, but it was simply inferior. A cheap salmon was served and a dry zander fillet with no taste. The turkey breast was cheap and tasteless.He kicked us out of the restaurant and said that we couldn't have a party there, even though we just wanted to pay the deposit and discuss what the portions would be like. His behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, and the food did not live up to his lofty standards.He told us it would be better if we celebrated somewhere else because if someone said that the food wasn't tasty that day, he would throw all the guests out because that was part of his mentality. Fake ItaliansWe'd rather celebrate at a real Italian restaurant ;)We can definitely not recommend this restaurant.

Had dinner here for the first time today and recently moved to Gersthofen. This will definitely be our new regular Italian restaurant. Food was super tasty and super fresh, prices were completely reasonable for the quality. Staff very very friendly. Gladly again.
