We are open from September 13th to September 16th. moved into apartment number 8. First of all: The positive thing is the location in a beautiful artists' alley, hence 1 star for this! That's it for the positive! Unloading and loading is very difficult in the alley because there are no short-term parking spaces and there are many pedestrians in the alley. The apartment is an absolute disgrace. It doesn't just require a quick, superficial basic cleaning, but a thorough, complete cleaning! That's not possible....cobwebs on the bed in the corner with spiders included...cobwebs on the refrigerator door...disgusting. Dust is very important here!Furniture that is more than in need of repair. A side table that falls over just by looking at it. The bathroom was very narrow. The walk-in shower with a partition made of the anchors. There is no coffee machine, only a special Nespresso machine. But this is not pointed out!No response to complaints from the contact person, who can only be reached via email or telephone. No reception on site, customer service is zero. There is no emphasis here on guests coming back. The Obergau then upon departure. The room was supposed to be available until 10 a.m. At 9:40 a.m., after we got the car, we couldn't get into the room to get the luggage!!! The key card no longer worked. The hotline couldn't help! We were lucky that the cleaner was there and let us into the apartment again. Otherwise we wouldn't have been able to get our luggage. This accommodation is an absolute joke. Never again!

Particularly good and courteous service. Diverse and free offers for relaxation and relaxation while staying in the hotel. The costs for overnight stay and breakfast buffet were at a very reasonable level! If we are in Augsburg again, we will visit this art hotel again. Absolutely recommended!

Extremely bad experience!I stayed at this hotel for 1 week as part of a business trip.I booked this hotel because I thought I could cook for myself, but the kitchen lacked all the facilities for that. Only 1 glass, no dishes, no cutlery...This is not the main issue!During my stay, I was not able to access my room for one night. I came back to the hotel around 21H00 and I could not open my room with the access cards anymore. I tried to contact the phone number available at the reception and communicated on the booking confirmation and they told me that they are not in charge of the Art hotel Ana living but he looked for me for the right contact. They asked me then to walk to a different hotel at the train station in Augsburg to reactivate the access cards of my room but they could not do it. Past 22H30, the reception of the hotel at the train station gave me a new card (SOS card) to access my room and I returned by taxi to the hotel. The SOS card didn't work, and I could still not access to my room. I tried to contact the central again, but nobody was able to help. I had to sleep outside that night while all my belongings in the hotel room were not accessible. I could only access my room the day after and had to miss work for ½ day. They charged the full amount without any compensation, and no reply, excuse…This is unacceptable, it was an extremely bad experience. It is really an establishment to avoid, as well as all the hotels in their group that are managed by the same central service.

After the hotel I had booked canceled on me 5 minutes before check-in, I spontaneously booked the ANA LIVING and - I was absolutely thrilled! A really wonderful apartment! …

I would advise you against this hotel. The rooms look great in the photos, but what we experienced is not worth the most beautiful room.We made reservations and everything went well at the beginning. We received the pin and were able to get into the house. But unfortunately there was no card in our compartment. When we then called the "emergency number", the person on duty didn't really understand our problem at first and then got a bit confused with excuses (at first he didn't have a list of the codes for the key cards and suddenly he was able to confirm that ours Code was correct...)Ultimately, he wanted to clarify our problem and call us back, which he did: He said that we could open another compartment with an emergency card, which would give us access to an emergency room. So far so good, the pin worked and we had a map. But with this card we could get into EVERY room!We had to call again and ask which room we should take. This person said we could go to room 72; even though this room number didn't exist! When we opened hotel room 7.2, there were already 2 people in bed...When we replied, the person said they would clarify and get back to us. When we didn't hear anything for a long time, we called again and the person again got tangled up in contradictory statements (I was about to call her back, later she said that she had written down our number incorrectly...)During the last phone call the person explained to us that we didn't have a room and that we would have to find a new hotel ourselves. We agreed that her manager should call me back because I didn't really find it funny having to look for a new hotel TWO HOURS later at 7:15 p.m.! Of course, we haven't received a call back yet and we don't have the money yet. That's why I really advise you against this accommodation.

I've read a lot of bad reviews here. But I think otherwise, here is super good! I had difficulties with the code number, so I immediately called the hotline service and he explained everything to me nicely and clearly. The room is nice, is also clean. The walls is few stains. Otherwise everything is fine.
