We booked Ron's Guesthouse as the start and end point for a 3 day hiking hut tour. Self-check-in is easy. The 4 bed rooms are clean and sufficiently large. Shower is in the room. You have to run hot water a little longer until warm water comes out. Toilet is in the hallway. Price/performance and location is great! Staff and Ron very friendly.

Reception only via telephone. You have to put the KURDIT in the mailbox, there was no guest card in return. I turned off the refrigerator in the hallway at night. It only produces noise and heat. It's ok that you have a shared toilet, but when I'm lying in bed next door and I can hear every drop, something is wrong. DEAR OPERATORS, PLEASE SLEEP IN YOUR ROOMS. But the worst thing for me was the really disgusting smell coming from the sink in the room. Almost bordering on bodily harm.FACT. YOUNG PEOPLE WHO WANT TO PARTY MAY BE ABLE TO SEE DRPBER. The location is great. Everything is within easy walking distance.Registration and behavioral instructions only by telephone. Very impersonal and, in my opinion, unsympathetic. No “Allgäu Walser Premium Card” is issued, it wouldn’t be worth it for one night, according to the landlady.The guesthouse apparently has 9 double/triple rooms but only one toilet, one for each gender, in the hallway.The room itself is large, but when you enter you can smell half the tap and the deep fryer from the restaurant on the ground floor. The bed linen carries the same smell.Ventilating the room through the window is almost impossible because the waste heat from the restaurant and the waste heat from an empty refrigerator in the hallway work against it. No wonder the refrigerator gives off so much heat, with a background noise like a JET taking off.Because of the gap in the room door, you have to worry about being watched at night.The cardboard walls leave nothing hidden, including the neighbors' conversations.The only positive thing is the idea of ​​having a modern shower cubicle in the room, although the water drains very poorly and the drain constantly makes noises. Plus, when you go to the toilet, you feel like you're at BigBrother because of all the cameras.My conclusion:The price-performance ratio is disproportionate. The beds are okay for sleeping, but a morning shower is unavoidable.No further booking! It's better to invest a little more money.

Cheap guest house with a very good location. There are showers in the rooms and toilets on the same floor.Keys are handed over and returned by telephone using a key box. Everything worked perfectly for us with 2 rooms and 7 people. You can park directly at the house for €5 per day (pay in the restaurant).
