This excellent hotel is breathtakingly located in the old town of Weissenhorn. Rooms are beautifully maintained and the staff is very hospitable and helpful. A place where I have been coming for years and...will continue to come :-)!

Good, quiet and clean hotel. The room for the three of us was spacious. It all looks new and fresh. It is right in the center, next to the church. There is a parking lot just behind the hotel where you can park your car. It is then a one-minute walk to the hotel via a small bridge. We had dinner in the restaurant/cafe that is part of the hotel. They have an extensive menu (various meat dishes, flammküchen, salads), the terrace was full that evening. The food was good, they brew their own beer. The radler was very good. The breakfast was good, with various rolls, toppings, muesli/cruesli and good coffee/cappuccino (bean machine).

The room itself was great. However, the smell of the bathroom was very unpleasant. There was a heavy smell of sewage.The breakfast was satisfactory. However, I had the impression that the staff did their job because they had to and not because they enjoyed their work.

Due to our announced late arrival, the reception was kind enough to leave an already encoded room card in a key safe and inform us about it in advance in an email. So check-in was problem-free. The room was functional and clean for a family of three and an overnight stay. Luckily there is air conditioning.There are opportunities for optimization at breakfast. It would be desirable if the cold cuts were covered as there were numerous flies in the breakfast restaurant. Unfortunately there was neither red jam nor eggs (a boiled one would have been sufficient). Unfortunately, the juice had been sitting on the buffet unrefrigerated, probably since the beginning of breakfast time. Cooling would be desirable here.The selection of rolls was worth highlighting. This was varied and from the bakery.What really bothered us the most was the lack of respect for us by the service staff present. She neither returned a morning greeting nor inquired about our needs in any way. We know it differently - even if the hotel generally relies on the guest taking personal responsibility and, for example, checking in independently in order to save on staff. In our opinion, a little appreciation and human communication over breakfast wouldn't be too much to ask. Too bad!

Great hotel with a delicious restaurant. Price performance top!Unfortunately, the drain in the bathroom in my room smelled very badly, so only 4 stars for the room. Facilities and ambience but otherwise flawless. You can park nearby for free until 8 a.m. from 6 p.m., with a parking disc in front of it. Breakfast had a decent selection. I'd love to come back.

Wardrobe has no handles but rather round openings to open the doors, which means that your fingers can easily get caught. Dangerous.

I stayed at the Hotel Riku for 2 nights for the Ikarus Festival in Memmingen. Hotel is right next to a church/town hall/on the market square. I found it to be a quiet location, except that the church rang its bell (very often and loudly), but there's nothing you can do about it. There were a few parking spaces on the market square, which is less than a minute's walk away. Otherwise, a public parking lot can also be reached in 5 minutes on foot.A REWE is also in about 10 minutes. Walking route can be found.The rooms are tidy and modern, the only thing that was noticeable was the loud ventilation in the bathroom.The only really personally negative thing, which is also a real complaint at a high level, was that my room was on the ground floor and, as a fresh air fanatic, I like to sleep with the window open. As a woman traveling alone, I didn't dare do that in this case because I didn't want any unwanted visitors. Otherwise great, I will come back when I get the chance!

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The fact that there is a brewery connected downstairs has its advantages. Breakfast is also very good. I had a skylight that unfortunately cannot be completely darkened.

A modern hotel located in the historical part of the city. The room was clean, the bed was snow-white, I was very pleased with the orthopedic bed and pillow, it was comfortable to sleep. From the window there was a beautiful view of the ancient church. The hotel has a restaurant. In the morning you can have breakfast, and in the evening you can drink delicious beer and eat a steak. Attentive and responsive staff. There is free parking near the hotel, and there are also various cafes and pizzerias. I recommend it.

A modern hotel with friendly, attentive staff. The room is very clean, comfortable beds with an orthopedic mattress and pillow, snow-white linen. There is an air conditioner. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need. I am very satisfied.

Modernly furnished rooms, good beds, clean, spacious bathroom. Walk-in shower and direct access to the inn with delicious food.Find parking spaces nearby within a few meters walk - there is no hotel parking lot or underground car park!Fully digital check-in via tablet. You even code the room card yourself using the instructions. For me, who has never done this, it took a bit of getting used to, but everything worked well.

Modern hotel, rooms functionally furnished and still space for a baby travel cot. The only negative point is the church tower bell, which rings every 15 minutes. You can't sleep with the window open. The breakfast was very tasty and the buffet offered a nice selection. The dinner in the attached restaurant “Barfüsser” was also very tasty and the portions were large!
