Not recommended.I can only agree with the feedback. It's noisy in the basement until late at night, old noisy dirty refrigerator, the room is run down.

For us Italians, this structure has no longer existed for over 50 years, dirty, without air conditioning, very little light, terrible service as well as the organization, we absolutely recommend staying away from it...In truth, if I could, I would remove his authorization because it is simply unworthy. Rooms equipped with plush furniture like in an older disco. Bathroom is clean, but here too the time for these tiles is long gone. Cable laying for the television is rather adventurous. Balcony is available, but please only enter with shoes, as the carpet laid there is full of moss The plants in the flower boxes there are also strange (just weeds that have sown themselves). The refrigerator in the room was an outdated built-in device that was simply placed on the floor, and the lamps on the bed had to be re-attached.

Terrible accommodation and reception. Aside from the fact that everything is dirty and half the shower is falling apart, the foreign family that also lives in the house is a disaster. Endlessly loud trampling, going on for hours until late at night, loud talking, children screaming, you simply can't sleep because these people in the house are so recklessly loud. Underground. No recommendation.

Noise, dirt, absolute dump. Thank you for the sleepless night due to noise from the extended southern family that lives above the room. Shower falling apart, cobwebs in every corner, hair in the bed.

Personally, I didn't think it was a really fresh room, old-fashioned carpet that also looked dirty, old-fashioned bathroom and a musty smell in the room. I think the shower was only intended for children because you had to hold them all the time while showering. In terms of service, I don't think it was very hospitable, the lady was polite but I really missed the warm, warm hospitality. The breakfast was fine for the price.

The location is good. But the staff lacks behavior and basic culture. I'm currently working here alone on the night shift near the hotel until Monday. Already 4 times this week in the early hours of the morning Between 9 and 11 am they wake me up, knock on the door (even though there is a sign not to disturb me) and when I open the door he always asks me the same question, Am I staying today, right? even though they know I'm staying until Monday. that really doesn't make any sense.

Never again for us. Not recommended. The room is run down and dirty, the carpet is full of stains, the bedding is a joke. The bathroom is all rancid, the tub, shower head and hose are rotting. We first disinfected the toilet. Broken walls, real holes in them, toilet brush I don't want to think about anymore, the lock in the bathroom door has been knocked out. No coffee on site as stated, no one at reception in the hotel opposite. There was no restaurant and you could get drinks at an improvised bar across the street in the parking lot in the evening.Ok, you don't expect a star hotel for this price, but this room was catastrophic.The positive thing was that it was pleasantly warm and relatively quiet despite the location.

I had booked accommodation at the Krone Hotel across the road. They accommodated me in this hotel. That wouldn't matter. The room was very spacious. A large balcony, albeit with a view of the yard full of luxury Ukrainian limousines. They drove back and forth until almost midnight, which was disturbing even with the windows closed (I can't imagine it in the summer). Despite the fact that the room was cleaned daily, the cleaners only do their job and do not check the condition of the room. Otherwise, they would definitely notice a broken wardrobe, a broken towel holder and a moldy curtain in the bathtub or a non-functioning light in the hallway (I'm not even talking about many other little things). The internet was functional and fast enough. Excellent breakfast. I rate the overall impression of the hotel as positive except for a few small things.

I am giving my opinions from the perspective of an employee on a business trip. The hotel normally starts breakfast at 7.00. At the boss's request, breakfast was to be at 6.30The first day was on time, the next days 6.40 and even 6.45. The breakfast itself was quite good. The bed in the room was not made, the towels were not replaced. There was no laptop desk in my room. Upper light switch only at the entrance to the room.

Hello everyone, Hotel and Guest House, every room is clean, everything works, pastel linen is always clean. I give it 10 points plus. But I will emphasize Kunda pigs. Or how to tell someone else. They break everything, the beds are steel and the astral furniture and electronics, and then they write bad reviews; they themselves are not ashamed to lie and write nasty things.

The reception was unmanned, despite a note saying it was occupied. After a phone call, we received a code to get the card for our room. The room facilities were okay, nothing spectacular. A lot of things were on the verge of falling apart, and in general it was very dusty and dirty. No service staff could be found. The booking confirmation stated that there was breakfast, but according to the notice in the room there was none. After asking again, we received vouchers for the hotel opposite; There is no general flow of information from the operator. The beds were very soft so we didn't sleep well. WiFi was only available to a very limited extent. The entrance door never closed automatically and was often blocked with a doorstop so that anyone could enter the hotel. There was no lighting on the balcony, so you couldn't sit outside for long in the evening. It was also very dirty. I wouldn't book here again and wouldn't recommend this accommodation to anyone.

The equipment was OK, but most of it was so broken that you had to be afraid of completely destroying it if you touched it...The beds are terribly soft, I've never had as much back pain in a hotel/inn as I did here.The carpet that was in the entire room was covered in stains and the rest of the room wasn't really clean either. Light on the existing balcony would have been nice. Unfortunately, no employees can be found and there is no flow of information about the sauna not working, where you can book breakfast or how to get into the room without reception, so much contradictory information about breakfast etc.It had little to do with relaxation!Not another night.

Apartment was very very dirty. Kitchen not to be used. Food from previous tenants and used towels were still there. Oven was unbelievable. Everything sticky and dirty. The young man at reception was visibly uncomfortable with this. He also tried hard and gave us a discount on the price. Unfortunately there were no other hotel rooms nearby that were still available. Right on a busy street. WiFi didn't work.
