Price performance ratio is not right at all. The room was really dirty, with dust flakes in the corners, etc. Broken toilet flush, whirlpool with dripping faucet, broken underfloor heating, shower totally dirty. When requested, everything was cleaned and repaired immediately. So the service is good. Not an issue at all. But for the price, the hotel and rooms are completely outdated. I wouldn't book there again

Danger! This hotel is out of service but is still accepting bookings. My friend and I were ripped off and have not received a refund despite numerous attempts.

My stay at Hotel Amelia on December 31st was a nightmare, and I strongly advise against booking with them. The receptionist casually mentioned a non-functional heating system, suggesting a refund through Expedia if we didn't want to stay. After requesting a refund, I got stuck in a month-long battle between the hotel and Expedia. The hotel falsely claims to have sent a confirmation, while Expedia denies receiving it. The lack of resolution is infuriating.Hotel Amelia's unprofessionalism and negligence are unprecedented. The owner even threatened to block my number, dismissing my concerns. They're just out to take your money without delivering anything. Avoid the trouble – look elsewhere for accommodation. Hotel Amelia is not worth the risk.
