All about the feel-good factor! Friendly staff, beautiful rooms with a wonderful view and a great spa area with a wide range of treatments and applications. We had a lovely weekend and will definitely be back!

Service was very friendly and on the ball, delicious food, we were able to play darts, billiards, table football, table tennis, enjoy the sauna extensively, towels were also offered in addition to the sauna. The only drawback was that you need Googlemaps to hike, as the streets, e.g. the panoramic path, were not visible on the streets as on the hiking map you received from the hotel

Spontaneously booked a weekend in the Black Forest at the Hotel Saigerhöh. The hotel is located on a hill and the view is certainly breathtaking when the weather is nice. …

The rooms do not look like they do online. The 2 rooms we were shown looked like they were last updated in the 90’s. The room had popcorn ceilings, cheap furniture, worn wooden floors, and the vestibule was lit solely by a green exit sign. This hotel is absolutely NOT a 4-star, I don’t get it. We were told by the night clerk that we could cancel based on the room not meeting expectations, however 2 weeks later and she is now lying to Booking.com about this and refusing to refund the entire charge. Avoid this hotel and just stay in Bad Krozingen instead.

The hotel is really nice and the rooms are clean. We were warmly welcomed with a welcome drink and also given a short tour of the hotel. The games rooms with darts, billiards, table football and table tennis are really a nice idea. The outdoor and indoor pools are also very nice and clean. The reason we have to deduct a star is unfortunately due to the service: the waiting times at dinner between courses and to pay/sign are really very long. We also ordered drinks at the pool and had to wait 45 minutes (there was no apology). We also found it a shame that there is no bathrobe restaurant and you have to change your clothes to take part in the lunch buffet. We probably won't come back a second time.

Super friendly welcome, nice atmosphere. However, the room needs a "refresh" for the asking price range. Evening menu for €50 is more convenience than a large kitchen. The dessert as children's cream with red jelly from the bucket was rather subterranean.... but the very well-equipped cheese counter in the evening and the quality of the tea the next morning made up for a lot.Next time eat a la carte or in the neighborhood ..... or skip dinner altogether, because breakfast is top .....
