We spent one night there at short notice. We got the key through the machine without any problems because the reception was no longer staffed. The room was clean. There was even an extra bicycle parking space with a charging cable for the battery. The staff were also very friendly. The location in the middle of the city center is very practical. The hotel is recommended.

The hotel room is basic, in our case with a small private bathroom (not all have one). Regarding the service, he could not rate something that I did not have, since both at the entrance and at the exit, I did not have contact with any of the staff (Auto Check-in/out). We also had to pay a supplement for a baby crib (1 year old), which was incomplete, since it was missing one side where the baby's head went. An important point is that it is very inaccessible for wheelchairs or strollers, since from the entrance to the reception/first floor there are two flights of stairs, one short and the other quite long. Furthermore, there is no elevator to the rest of the floors. I would highlight the place's excellent location, since it is located in a central area, close to gastronomy, transportation and tourist places.

It's not really a hotel but a few rooms on the 2nd floor without an elevator. Bad air and smell from the restaurant below. 200 euros per night is just expensive without any justification. Problematic cancellation policy. There are really good hotels at a cheaper price.

A central hotel with excellent value for money. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, which made our stay particularly pleasant. The kitchen offered delicious meals that we enjoyed very much. The hotel was clean and recommended. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel looks run down on the outside but don't let the outside fool you, inside everything is super clean and new. This interior conversion was very well done. The rooms are very clean and very suitable for a few nights. The host was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. The location is very good. I deducted one star for the paid parking, which is a few minutes' walk from the house in a public parking lot. However, you get a reduced price for parking through the hotel. Instead of 25 euros for 24 hours, just 15 euros. But for several days you can also collect a few euros. All in all, it's worth 4 stars for me.

The hotel is very cozy and is in a great central location. The breakfast is very tasty and sufficient. Rooms are spacious. Our room faced the street/alley at the front. It was NOT loud because it was on a side street.As is well known, on carnival you are woken up by the fools at 6 a.m. Insane spectacle.I would love to come back to the hotel.Employees are very friendly and you get prompt responses to your questions.

Arrival was good and easy. Nice reception. But the room is very small and unfortunately not completely clean. Bed is also small and there is a lot of noise from the adjacent bars at night. Okay for one night, but we would have expected more for the price. In my opinion, value for money is completely unsuitable.

Very central and practical location, very courteous and friendly welcome with lots of great recommendations. Room was small but nice and even had a balcony. Breakfast could be arranged in advance in the spirit of Fodwaste (we were vegetarians...).

Hotel with a good location in the center of Konstanz. The breakfast is sufficient, but the rooms are not cleaned properly. There were white spots in the toothbrush cup and overall the condition was rather shabby. A bit too expensive for that.
