Old furniture but ok so far... the bed sheets have seen better days, the laminated in the room is loose, the large main church in the room is out of function. TV programs unfortunately limited was purely there for sleeping

This guest house at the spa gardens is completely run down.Nothing invested here, just money withdrawn from the property.First impression is shabby, no staff at reception. Drinks and sweets machine is full but broken.Wanted to relax on the balcony after the business trip. I have never experienced anything so dirty in any accommodation. The chair is completely dirty, grass is growing out of the facade, there is moss on the grass carpet from last year. Ashtrays not cleaned, etc. Post pictures.Is only suitable as cheap accommodation for craftsmen. I don't know yet whether there will be breakfast. I have not yet received a response to my email request (the day before).Booked through Booking com, absolutely do not recommend zi. The pictures on the homepage do not show reality.

The location is somewhat OK, you can't always choose as an operator. The rooms are of the lowest standard, staff are not present and the interior is really hilarious. I googled the owner and it came out that the family started with a car dealership. It was called a car gallery, and that says it all. Up-and-coming family with little business sense and no experience in this field.Not recommended, not even for one night

The hotel is not new, nor are the furnishings and rooms anything special. In general a clean and is a good solution for someone traveling by car because parking is easy and free. But if you don't have a car, public transport only goes once. The price is below 50 euros for a single bed, but I didn't see anywhere the possibility or even the preparation of breakfast.

First impression: the hotel looks a bit deserted; no staff, almost empty parking lot, room key in the mailbox • pleasant single room with a large comfortable bed, desk and balcony, small bathroom with rain shower, older but well-kept furniture • Negative: very few sockets, full ashtrays on the balcony, but the containers for facial tissues are empty and hygiene bags, toilet seat broken (risk of injury), shower wall stuck, cramped shower with somewhat weak water pressure • Access to the winter garden and small fitness room not signposted and not found; Exterior door cannot be opened with room key • Positive: quiet location near the edge of the forest, beautiful hiking trails in the area, cheap room price • Human: early email regarding. Arrival time and breakfast request - then the evening before notification that breakfast was not possible due to a lack of staff; friendly apology at check-out + café at the house's expense

This hotel is a complete disgrace for German standards, not even in America have I experienced laying laminate on a carpet in such a way that you can partially see the edges 😂😂. It's okay for one night, sleep quickly and get out, sockets are broken, my phone is overheating.We were greeted by some cheeky neighbors who wanted to speak English.This is a disgrace for the area and for the city where I grew up. The hotel should be demolished!0 stars in all categories!

Very loud and unkempt. The only socket in the room was defective. Shower door doesn't open and close because of limescale. Room key broken on the outside door.

Cheap, very basic hotel.The room was OK, the shower cubicle in the bathroom was broken. WiFi in the room was very poor and therefore unusable (depends on which room you get.Breakfast buffet was very manageable.There are enough parking spaces and they are free. Very quiet area.

Hotel is outdated, at least when it comes to the rooms, you immediately feel like you're in the 80s. Dusty and not really clean, when we checked in the sheets, blankets and pillows looked even though someone else had already slept there. There are better options to stay overnight here near Villingen-Schwenningen. Last time here.
