Very nice new hotel with simple but functional furnishings. Very friendly staff, especially the reception was warm and extremely professional. Parking is available for a fee, but there are plenty of free parking spaces in the surrounding area. Price/performance ratio is absolutely right. You can use public transport free of charge during your stay.

Located in the industrial area...Rewe right next to (07:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.) Free parking on the street or on site for €5. The room smelled like a drain, but this was fixed immediately after a complaint was made. Sauna and fitness available...everyone can decide for themselves whether they can relax there. Rooms with air conditioning. Window facing the street...unfortunately enough idiots test their cars there at night. Breakfast was good.

Hotel is located in an industrial area on a relatively busy road. We had a room a little away from the street and the noise was well reduced by the good windows.The street is often used by posers with tuned cars in the evening/night, which disrupts sleep with the window open. That's supposed to be it for the somewhat critical comments. The location is ideal for excursions. Shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Rooms are great, there is a games room with darts, table football, table tennis, sauna and sports room in the basement. The lobby is cozy and there are drinks and small dishes. The breakfast is great with a large selection. All staff and service are friendly and helpful. What is very beneficial is that there are expert employees. We would book the hotel again as a starting point for this Lake Constance region.

The entire staff is friendly and attentive. Rooms are well equipped, the size varies depending on the category. Good bed, big shower and good air conditioning. You can't hear anything from the street through the soundproof windows. Breakfast buffet is just perfect.

Very good hotel with modern infrastructure. Brand new wet rooms. Toilet spatially separated from wet room. Beds great. Rooms spacious and always clean. First class service at reception. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. Kettle provided separately in the reserved room. Organized taxi to the airport. Breakfast very rich and tasty.We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. Best price performance ratio!

I booked a room for 4 nights for our 88 year old aunt. She felt very, very comfortable at the Hotel Trezor. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to her. My aunt doesn't walk very well, so she uses a walker. She was properly cared for. The rooms are very nice, yours faced the street. Bed was very good, she slept well. Breakfast is also very good.Small downer: the terrace...if the weather is right you could have breakfast outside, but it's not very comfortable due to the street/cars, so it's loud. A pity

Of course, the location is always a criterion - but for several years I have preferred coming here so that I can do business at the perfect distance with perfect accommodation and perfect service. To prepare an old savings bank branch like this is a special achievement. But the fact that the hotel has been kept in such good condition over the years and, on top of that, developed into modernity in such a neat manner is worth this rating here. What a great team you have in Singen, who can anticipate every wish and also have the ability to make a hotel a flagship! All in all, my warm recommendation to get there and get everything you need with 5 stars. Thanks!

I put my mom up here because the hotel is opposite us. It is located in the industrial area of Singen. Not central to the train station and the city. It's a little more difficult without a car. It worked for us.The rooms are nicely laid out, comfortable and clean. Tastefully decorated. Service here is top and very friendly. The breakfast is really great. So much choice and very tasty. Something for everyone. I was here as an external guest for €23.50, which is perhaps a bit much, you think. But the price is fair. Price performance top. Parking spaces are available. Costs extra. My mom was very happy and so were we. Gladly again.

The hotel is modern and the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, the location in the industrial area is not ideal and there are unfortunately also long-term guests (fitters) in the basement who sit on the terrace until 3:30 a.m., drink alcohol and get louder and louder. The hotel is also aware of the problem. But there's probably nothing you can do about it. Sleep was out of the question up to this point. We had room 301. our daughter had room 219 and the location was around the corner. She didn't notice any of the noise.

Incredibly great hotel - we are thrilled, everything is just right!The staff is very friendly, the entrance hall with the chairs is very inviting, very clean wherever you look. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are very nicely laid out and the workmanship is nice. Sauna, fitness and playroom top! The breakfast is in a great room and very attractively prepared with great attention to detail. We'll definitely be back! Keep it up dear Tresor team 😊

Incredibly cheeky! They charge €240 for a room that we didn't book. They cannot show either booking confirmation or proof.In addition, we were charged a lot more for our stay and when we asked a question, we were simply told that it was just the way it was. A PURE RIP-OFF!!!!!

We arrived as a family and were thrilled from the first moment.Fitness, sauna and gamer room (billiards, table tennis, painting opportunities, etc.) are included in the price.There was a very extensive selection at breakfast and there was something for every taste. Allergens and intolerances are also discussed.The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. A big compliment at this point to all the employees.Even shortly after the bar closed, I was given another drink.The family room was like a suite and everyone felt comfortable in the king-size beds. The toilet was extra and no one was disturbed in the bathroom when someone was getting ready or taking a shower. The ventilation in the bathroom could be a little better. Because without a window it was a little smelly, but that didn't detract from the room's feel-good character. We had a small terrace with modern seating, facing the street, but since it is in an industrial area and there is not much traffic on the street at night, it was very quiet and everyone slept well.We will definitely book this hotel again when we are near Singen.
