Very unfriendly owner. If you don't have cash with you to pay for parking or other things, you won't receive an invoice, but rather an email from the booked provider that an invoice is outstanding and if you don't have Paypal or a Visa card you will receive a blurry photo via SMS Nothing can be recognized, neither the invoice number nor the data for a transfer. After the request for a new invoice, it was ignored and then a new message 4 weeks later with a comment that it had to be transferred in 3 days otherwise it would go to the debt collection office. No official invoice was received either by post or email.

Very unfriendly staff, there was still 10.50€ to pay, no problem at all, but the fact that the lady sent a blurry picture of the invoice via SMS instead of sending the invoice by post as is normal is so unprofessional. Then I asked for a picture where the data for the transfer could be seen, then she became even more unfriendly and demanded the amount in the next 3 days, otherwise it would go to debt collection. How can you be like that...

Clean and tidy, staff always friendly. Tea kitchen and refrigerator can be used by everyone. Deposit for keys understandable - expensive if it comes away. Got the deposit back without any problems. Key machine works 👍. Although the train station is directly opposite, very quiet.Again any time!

Very unfriendly owners. You have to pay €15 each time for bed linen and towels, there is NO way to cook anything, a kettle and a fridge are not a substitute for a kitchen. There is also no possibility to do laundry on site. Before you can enter, you have to pay a deposit of €100 so that you can receive a key. But if you move out you only get 50€ back because you have to pay extra for cleaning the room, which costs 50€!!!Parking fees are €10 per day!Not recommendable!!Addendum.I didn't get my deposit of €100 back, even though I cleaned the entire room myself when I moved out and left everything the same as when I moved in. When I asked, I was ignored. My company said my deposit would be blocked because I finally knew why!!There is absolutely nothing positive to say about this accommodation and especially about the landlord!!You always have to keep the rooms clean yourself, but there is only a bad old vacuum cleaner and a mop where the cloths are never washed and smell terribly.

Room was booked through my company. Before you receive the code for the room key, a camera tracks whether you throw the deposit of €110 (use of linen/towels and in case of damage) into the mailbox. House rules will be handed out in the next few days, which never happened! On the contrary - there were exactly 2 parking spaces that were occupied for more than 9 rooms! The refrigerator on the 2nd floor was unclean - I cleaned my compartment myself. Since the room hadn't been cleaned after 3 days, I asked for a broom and a shovel so I could clean it myself.Ultimately, €35 was withheld from my deposit with the statement that the cleaning staff had found a dirty room with garbage that had not been removed and bed linen that had not been put on!If this was the case, then I should go back there to pick up my own bed linen! There was a constant smell of feces in the hallway, which they tried to cover up with scent fresheners! There was massive rubbish from rented apartments lying around in the inner courtyard. In the room itself, some power covers were missing and half of the bed was broken - without knocking, the manager and the owner stood in the room to inspect the damage that had been going on for a long time!My company booked another hotel!Manager very dismissive and unfriendly on the phone to clarify the problem!

For me it was unusual that there was no reception but check-in went smoothly.Luckily the room was clean and so was the kitchenette. The hotel does not offer breakfast, which is not a problem at all as you can buy something to eat in the surrounding shops.
