**Rating: 0 stars**I was in this restaurant with a group of 10 people and we will definitely not be coming back and will not recommend you or warn those around us not to go to you. 6 out of 10 of the group had incredible stomach pains and I even had to vomit. The pizzas were simply 0 in terms of taste and the salad also left a lot to be desired as some of the ingredients were canned.However, the most outrageous were the waitress and the boss. They were incredibly rude and lied while denying everything even though there were ten of us who all heard the same thing. Her behavior was cheeky, brazen and disrespectful.It is disappointing to see that we are not valued while we as guests expect positive treatment. In the future we will choose a restaurant that serves us in a friendly manner and where the food is really good. We go to the restaurant every weekend but I've never experienced anything like this. Seldom experienced something so unfriendly. We don't need you but you need us. You just didn't get it. That customers keep your business running.The customer is king? Definitely not here. You get yelled at and talked to stupidly here.I wouldn't be surprised if this store has to close soon. That's not how you treat customers.

Price-performance ratio is not appropriate.The mattresses are so old that you can no longer lie comfortably. I could hardly sleep, I don't know how a hotel could still have such mattresses these days.

I wasn't in the hotel directly but ate in the restaurant with friends. The lasagne was burnt, sticking really black to the bottom and the pizza was topped with cheap salami, which unfortunately was also tasty. As an Italian restaurant it must be possible to get Italian salami.....otherwise it was okay but I'm not necessarily drawn there anymore.....

The room's roller shutter was broken and couldn't be pulled up, or it kept crashing down. There were strange hairs in the sink. I couldn't log in to the WiFi because the login page didn't want to load. Breakfast was not a buffet as stated on the website. The jug with the orange juice was dirty. Overall, getting old. Price performance doesn't match.

I report here about the restaurant experience. We've ordered here often and eaten out from time to time, but I can't recommend it anymore.Despite having a reservation for 14 people, we had to wait for our table and were literally dumped, no apology, nothing. We had to wait for the order to be taken, then the no go announcement in a pizzeria at all: we only have dough for 5 pizzas, what on a Saturday evening at 8.30 p.m. :(In return, pizzas are available to pick up over the counter without end. Service zero interest. For drinks we have to ask at the bar ourselves. We've been waiting for almost 2 hours before we even get anything to eat. I can only recommend avoiding the restaurant. We were definitely here for the last time...

Absolute disaster today... We had already made reservations for a group two months in advance...called again a week in advance and when we arrived they improvised. Waited half an hour to place the order. Then it was said that there was only pizza dough left for 5 people... but there are 13 of us... Pizza orders are given priority over the guests present... that's not possible... it's a shame... .. Don't come anymore...

Good solid and clean hotel with a welcoming restaurant and great Italian cuisine.We stayed for one night and were completely satisfied. The rooms are well equipped and clean. The service is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and impresses with a really large selection. Every taste is catered for here and great care is taken to ensure that nothing goes wrong.We felt very comfortable and will definitely stay there again. We are happy to recommend the hotel.

The absolute last placeThe beds had integrated fall protection because they were so sagging that you automatically rolled back into the middle!There are strange flakes coming out of the shower head that I can't identify and I definitely feel more disgusting after showering than beforeFor €9.50 per person for breakfast, what is served at the buffet is a disgraceranges from lantern bacon to cold fried eggs to rolls that taste like they were from yesterdayAll in all not recommended
