Have been to the Hotel Waldeck several times, most recently with friends. Very nice reception, room very comfortable, breakfast plentiful and varied. The hotel is an ideal starting point for hikes or other activities in the fresh air and beautiful surroundings

We were here for the second time and again very satisfied. Reception was very friendly. The rooms are pleasant, everything is top notch. Our room again had a balcony, which we found very pleasant.The breakfast was very good and more than sufficient.Price performance very good!

We didn't have a stay at the hotel.We can't say anything about the rooms and service. Payment should be made in cash in advance upon arrival. The building gave the impression that nothing had been done in 30 years. My wife didn't want to check in there, it seemed very run down.... Notice at the entrance prohibits calls before 4 p.m....There is no kitchen in the hotel anymore, there are plenty of options in town.... Everything is very suspicious..... it has no future.... We looked for somewhere else to stay.

Checked in today using an eBay voucher that was older. I bought it back then because the reviews were very good. We checked out immediately. Rooms were dirty and had a musty/mold smell. I definitely can't recommend it.

You'll definitely get full, but that's itThere was liquid soap in the bathroom but no shower gel in the shower. The only good thing about the house is the owner.Dirty, urine smells in the entrance area as there is a men's toilet from the pub right in the entrance. Dirty and carelessly furnished rooms. The dirt is piling up on the door frames, and it doesn't happen because it wasn't done once...The table in the room was sticking and mold was forming. I politely pointed it out to the owner and it was promptly remedied.The area is enchanting, but this hovel should not be offered to guests. Heaters dirty, bathroom... ugh. The shower tray was so slippery...Doors sticky, floors too...Under all criticism.
