Super dear owners who did everything right, even the electric car could be recharged via a socket - at a fair cost price. The room was great, the breakfast too, free parking in the yard, almost everything was great. The only point of criticism. On the 2nd floor the room door is extremely noisy and has no seals. The owner told me that various doors are new and are being renovated piece by piece. Still, I wanted to mention it. All in all, I can recommend the hotel unconditionally. You won't get something like this in any hotel chain or in a huge hotel. Unfortunately, this familial, this craft (running a hotel in a family and customer-oriented manner) is dying out more and more. Luckily not here. Mega!!! Keep it up!

We stayed there once at the beginning of our motorcycle tour and once at the end after 8 days. Rooms very clean, super nice owners, breakfast and dinner rich and very tasty. When we are in the area again we will stop there again.

Nice welcome and nice rooms. As motorcyclists traveling through, we are very grateful for the opportunity to leave our car and trailer here. We give it absolutely full marks. Kind regards from the people of Hamelin.

Rooms are well equipped, very friendly staff, they also make pizza themselves and you can also have a drink on the terrace with the pizza. We happened to get extra entertainment because there were festivities going on in that village. The location is very quiet and somewhat remote, but certainly no less interesting

We spontaneously got a newly renovated double room for 2 nights while traveling through, so I can only rate this one, here for 5 stars, sanitary facilities 3 stars, as old but refurbished, clean, functional and acceptable. The current operators gave us a very warm and friendly welcome! Breakfast was also completely OK. All in all, we were very satisfied and can definitely recommend this facility. LG

We have booked a double room. There was a choice of rustic rooms that exuded some of the charm of the 1970s and there were newly renovated rooms that were a little more expensive. We stayed in the rustic room, were very satisfied, everything was very clean and nothing was missing. The room was very spacious, a large closet with everything and everything was there in the bathroom. The small terrace on the first floor is great. You can comfortably drink a beer there. There is a large refrigerator next to it where you can easily buy these beers. Billing will be done later. The breakfast is also very good and there is even something free. I'd rather not say what it is. Find out for yourself 😊. The landlord was super friendly, welcomed us very nicely and also made the garage available for the motorcycles. We were completely satisfied and unbeatable for the price. So, highly recommended.

Everything just fits here. Booked spontaneously and was an absolute stroke of luck. The rooms were wonderful, the pizza made from regional products was particularly tasty and the hosts were so nice. You feel completely comfortable and in good hands here. The small town also holds many surprises with a beautiful city gate, castle, gorge and waterfall. We weren't expecting anything and we're totally thrilled.

“You get stuck in Tengen!”We asked Ms. Sprenger to tell us when we left.For us this was true in a special way:We found a modern and clean room in the Schützen (bathroom not so modern, but just as sparkling!) and were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Sprenger.We immediately sensed that she cares deeply about the well-being of her guests - she simply radiates this loving and generous nature! (which we should feel a lot more of the next morning...)The night was very quiet (despite being close to the road), we slept great and checked out early.Breakfast wasn't booked because we wanted to continue hiking straight away and get something "to go" from the bakery.Since we hadn't taken the holiday into account, there wasn't any shopping until our next stop...So back to the shooter!Ms. Sprenger waved friendlyly through the window and quickly set us a place in the breakfast room. It had to happen that way - how else would we have found out about her stunning homemade jams?Thank you very much for this spontaneous rescue and the extensive, very good breakfast!

Good value for money.The rooms are a bit old fashioned but very clean and the beds are comfortable.The breakfast pleasantly surprised us with good bakery and butcher products and the 10 homemade jams were fantastic.

The rooms are very clean, you kind of feel like you're in a museum from the 70s. You can feel the charm of bygone times, especially in the bathroom, with almost antique tiles and fittings.Unfortunately, the beds were already a bit old and the mattresses were correspondingly sagging.What was negatively noticeable was the extreme lack of soundproofing in the rooms; you can hear every word spoken in the hallway and you can't ignore the showering of your neighbor in the room.The breakfast is surprisingly extensive and the fresh, homemade jams are excellent.Unfortunately, card payments are not accepted, but there is at least a savings bank across the street.

The owners now run the inn themselves. Were there by bike. We were allowed to charge the battery and store the bikes in the garage. Very friendly hosts with a great breakfast.

Old but nice room.Everything is clean and you feel comfortable, but terrible WiFi and because you have to rely on it because there is no network here, it's a shame.
