Very disappointing compared to the comments. The rooms are pretty much clean, it smells musty and the sewers in the bathroom. Very noisy due to the structure of the buildings. Lack of privacy. Even at this price, could do better!

Great to find gems like this place.We stayed overnight, but can see that it would be a great place for a longer stay.The location is great.Rooms are big and very clean.There's a decent sized fridge in the rooms.Water pressure is fantastic.Ample hot Water.There's a kitchen available for guests to use to prepare food.Prices are local.The owner Made is very helpful.Would I come back?Most Definitely!!

I stayed at Ayu Guest House for eight weeks and I could not have asked for more. Made and his family were the friendliest - always greeting me with a smile. My room was perfect, with great air conditioning, shower pressure, the comfiest bed, and a large desk. We get two waters everyday which is a necessary luxury in Bali. It is a beautiful and quiet spot close to everything you need in sanur. Every time I had a question or request, Made was so accommodating and attentive. I had no complaints. Staying at this amazing place made my stay in Bali absolutely wonderful. Thank you!

I stayed here for 1 month. Made, the owner, and his family are the kindest people ever and the best hosts. The rooms are very nice and clean with daily service, a/c, large bathrooms and comfy beds. If you need anything help is just a text away. They have scooters to rent as well. In close proximity to the beach and plenty of great restaurants. A great place to stay with the family for a short or extended period of time.

The place is nice, clean.... In my opinion, the water is a minus, it's a bit aromatic, but it's still okay, because I brush my teeth and don't spit (umor). Surprised there was also hot water for bathing.

We really liked it here. Friendly owner, always smiling, will give you advice and help. Water is free. The kitchen is excellent. Scooters can be rented at a good price. The beach is excellent - 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bike. There is a supermarket and market nearby.

Stunning guest house, very economical in an excellent quiet location. The room was large, very clean, the bed was gigantic, we had a television, wifi, a fridge, a kettle, a wardrobe and a large desk. The bathroom was huge. Every day they cleaned our room, left the water and changed the towels. The owner is very good, we loved staying here.
