Good location but we don't have electricity so we couldn't charge the phones and the bathtubwas clogged!! (He knew it was clogged)But the lunch was very good but not suitable enough for vegetarians!! I am very disappointed with this adventure!! 😢

We very mush enjoyed our stay here while visiting the beautiful Strasbourg. The rooms were small but perfect for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the architecture of this building and location. I will say it can get loud at night from the restaurants and bars on the nearby streets. However it wasn’t an issue for us at all.

A beautiful hotel in excellent location! Really enjoyed our two night stay here. We appreciated the environmental mindset of the hotel and appreciated the water station to fill up our bottles. Shout out to the friendly staff member Andrei that made us feel welcome and helped out with some good recommendations to eat!

A very professional welcome. The hotel is located near the main street between the cathedral and Petite France. The room is huge, the bedding is very comfortable, the bathroom is functional. A few steps from the cathedral and Little France. Courtesy tray in room with kettle. On the ground floor coffee machine and jars of cold drinks to compensate for the consumption of bottled water.

This is the place to stay. Located in the heart of the Old Town with a peaceful surrounding due to pedestrian-only area. The rooms are spacious and charming. The highlight is the staff — particularly Mary, who was smiling and accommodating and kind both times I stayed there. 10/10!!

This is the perfect hotel to stay at in Strasbourg. Location is an easy 12 minute walk from Strasbourg Central Station. It is also a 5 minute walk from Le Petit France - in fact, it’s just 2 corners away. There are many restaurants around the area. Notre Dame Cathedral and the plaza bedside it is close enough to walk to.The hotel itself is beautiful — we stayed in deluxe double room and our room was sizable. Room was quiet. The bed linens were clean and for sure newly changed — we both slept well. The bathroom was modern with good water pressure for shower. Breakfast was average. It made it extra special because the staff on the front desk were nice people who were very pleasant and made us feel welcome. If I go back to Strasbourg, I will stay here again.

Very, very nice hotel, location is absolutely perfect, rooms are charming and unique and facilities are great (koffie available is a plus, bikes in garage). Booking application for hotel is also very good and should be used instead of agents. But most of al: excellent staff!!! I stayed here twice during the past weeks, first time by coincidence (in a lovely blue room) but immediately felt so comfortable that I decided to return with my partner some time later, and once again the front desk staff was just so kind and helpful.Thank you!

Loved our stay here! Wish we could have stayed longer than one night. Our room was super spacious and comfortable. Great location to get around Strasbourg and easy walk from the train station. Would highly recommend. Staff was so friendly and helpful!
