Ladies and GentlemenI am contacting you with a complaint regarding my stay at your hotel. I booked the room at your house through Secret Escapes.Unfortunately, this was not clean, especially the bathroom, which had a noticeable amount of dirt. Also one of the pillows had stains on the cover.Additionally, the breakfast experience was extremely disappointing. Almost everything was empty - there was neither enough bread, sausage nor cheese, and we had to wait a long time without supplies coming. There were also no cups or plates, which is why we ended up leaving the hotel hungry to have breakfast outside the hotel. We also complained about this on site, but unfortunately there was no improvement.Given these adverse circumstances, which indicate a lack of organization in your hotel, we request a refund of the amount paid. What happened to us there is absolutely unacceptable.I have attached photos for documentation purposes.I ask you to respond quickly and expect a solution.Best regardsTobiasThis email was sent to customer service a few times. No reaction. Never again Okko Hotels

Friendly and nice staff, the room was a bit small and the bathroom has a different design, a good idea but hard to close the door and you also hear everything happening in there 😅 there are hardly any amenities but otherwise clean and has a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet is seriously restricted and not like a 4-star hotel. It isn't worth 18 euros anywhere on the planet. The sauna fits probably max 2 people. The linen bedsheets are nice, but the comforter is really old/ used.

But what a disappointment. We who have been customers for many years in Paris, Cannes, Strasbourg… never have anything to complain about! But then that's a whole different story.Premium Room (the first price of the room is €126, cheaper on Booking) the high standard at Okko.Damaged headboard, crumbling. Leaking air conditioner, dripping all night at 10 second intervals (yes I counted, I had all night to do it), yellow and soaked linoleum. Bathroom door impossible to close.3 a.m. we go in our pajamas with all our gear to the reception. The receptionist gives us another room without any worries, with apologies (least of things) on the same floor, but without any other compensation for the disturbance and inconvenience caused.Surprise, when we arrived we were downgraded, we went from a premium room (adapted to our size: my husband 1.95cm and me 1.80cm) to a classic room (smaller) with bedding that squeaks as soon as we move. Were you notified of this downgrading…. Absolutely not!We go back down to the reception, still in our pajamas and with our gear. We ask again, to change rooms (yes, it's annoying! At the same time we pay a service). No more free room, we have to choose between the Premium which drips or the small classic which squeaks. We take back the one that drops for space. The receptionist kindly placed a bucket in the room with a mop!Not to mention the empty “club” fridge, spoiled and oozing fruit in the fruit basket. (Sorry, no photos to support my comments about the Club). What’s happening at Okko Hotel? Why this qualitative decline? No compensation for the inconvenience caused is not correct. We ask for a free night in a Premium room (as reserved by us but with added quality).Ironically we came with a couple of friends (floor 4) to whom we had praised your merits in terms of quality/price ratio.

New modern hotel near the university. Conveniently located, tram station just beside and many food options. Small cramped room, some mould on wall and ceiling, poor shower door design leaks water. Very limited options for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff, very nice. But overall not value for what the hotel charges.

Nice, small room, bathroom design a bit strange and you have to be careful not to flood the room when showering. Mattress and pillows very good.Location...well, an expensive parking garage is 5 minutes away and the discount apparently only works if you park there for at least 24 hours. The breakfast, which was horribly expensive at €18, was an absolute disaster, there weren't even eggs (the question as to whether there was anything else was answered in the negative - and that was at 7:15 in the morning) and everything was laid out in very, very economical quantities . I've had a better and, above all, more extensive breakfast for €5 (no exaggeration). That was simply a disgrace and really ruined the start of a strenuous day at work (I wasn't the only one who was really angry here).Personally, I definitely wouldn't book this because a good breakfast is extremely important to me and this hotel simply has nothing to offer in that regard. I'm just not interested in any small snacks in the "club" when I'm out and about all day. Makes a decent breakfast!
