We stayed in the hotel for one night and even got an upgrade! Nice solid hotel! The city center is within walking distance - beautifully located!We particularly liked the breakfast, a plentiful selection!

Excellent location! Reasonable prices and they had a paid garage.

The location is good, you can forget the rest.Parking spaces are available, overpriced and you have to give your car key, it's better to park in the parking garage next door.The service is a disaster!!Never experienced such bad service. 4 employees are at the reception and are overwhelmed with 2 check ins, the same with check out.The rooms are small and noisy.Not recommendable!

On the day of arrival we tried several times in vain to reach the reception. The room size was designed for goblins. As a normal-sized person, I could hardly fit in the shower. We also wanted to reserve a parking space and were told on the phone that such a thing was not possible. When we arrived we were told that since we hadn't made a reservation, no one was available.The location of the hotel is good.

Had a double room for single use. The bathroom was very small and there was no seating in the room. Just a small window. The single rooms were much larger. Very good breakfast. Very nice staff.

Be careful, not recommended for professional nomads. Culture bag forgotten when leaving on a Sunday. By phone they said they couldn't be found. But since I had another overnight stay in another city ahead of me on the same day, I was hoping to get more help there. Hopeless, the same lady (on the phone) said: it was found but she can't hand it to me. Thanks for nothing.It was room 339 and you don't need to send it to me. A few minutes of your time would have helped me more.

Went there with a tour group for 2 nights. Rooms are clean & nicely decorated.The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired!The hotel can be recommended very well.

Let's start with the positive. The food was great and the rooms were beautiful. The hotel also has a relaxing roof terrace and its own gym. It is also very centrally located.For the most part and negatively.Even with beautiful rooms, I don't enjoy them if they are dirty. As soon as we arrived we noticed that the room wasn't clean. Even after the room was "cleaned" in between, there was still dust everywhere on the floor. All surfaces such as the bedside tables were not cleaned.All they did was fold the bedding and put new towels in the bathroom.The staff was sometimes really rude and I had the feeling that the internal communication wasn't right either.Asked what happens if you come to eat a little later. At the reception they said that it wasn't a problem because the food would be kept warm and they would tell the kitchen about it. So far so good, the next day you were criticized for coming late and yet you should show up earlier. Well... there's nothing more to say about it.The conference room that was made available to us was far too small, but at first we had to come to terms with it. However, when a positive Corona case occurred, we asked for a larger room in order to be able to maintain distances better. Unfortunately, this was not possible and the hotel showed no understanding. So we had to stay in the already narrow space.We also only found out when we asked the hotel management that the participant in our group was positive and in the hospital. There was no information given to the seminar leader.After repeated requests, the hotel at least organized tests for everyone as a gesture of goodwill.A hygiene concept is stated on the website. However, the hotel manager claimed that this was not true and that we were not entitled to certain points. After all, she recently edited the website herself.Well the concept was clearly verifiable on the website and a year old. Apparently nothing changed recently...I also had returnable bottles in my room that I put on my dresser next to my full bottles.So it was clear that I wanted to keep them and give them away myself. After my room was cleaned, the deposit bottles were gone. They were brands that weren't available for purchase in the hotel, so it couldn't have been an oversight.That's why there are only two stars.
