The hotel has potential, but unfortunately deficits!Rooms very spacious. Reception staff very friendly, understanding and helpful. I can't rate breakfast because we didn't use it.There are some sort of common areas/lounges with foosball table, seating, dining table and chairs, drinks and food vending machines. Very accommodating.The parking spaces in front of the door and the underground car park can be used free of charge. This is something that rarely happens these days, if not at all.A Lidl is within walking distance. Totally practical.Now the deficits:Unfortunately, the cleanliness in the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. Everywhere, i.e. h. in the bathroom and in the living rooms on the floor, a few long black hairs. There is also hair in the sink, in the towels and also in the bed.Unfortunately the hotel is located directly on a very busy street. That's why you can unfortunately hear everything in rooms facing the street with the window open. After switching to another room, further away from the street, you couldn't hear anything anymore.Unfortunately, no real thought was put into the allocation of the room. We got an apartment with a bathroom suitable for disabled people. It is of course excellent that this hotel offers such rooms for people who need them. Unfortunately, since we didn't need it, we felt more like we were in a hospital. There was no toilet lid, there are handles on the wall everywhere and the shower had a seat and unfortunately, completely outdated, a shower curtain.When allocating the room, it was also not taken into account that there was scaffolding in front of the window. Nobody wants scaffolding in front of their window. No matter whether you are on vacation or on business. Both the view and the noise are significantly disturbing. And the fact that someone could look at my plate during breakfast is somehow a strange feeling.Since we arrived in the evening and had an extra bed for the child, we unfortunately couldn't move until the next day because no one from housekeeping was there that evening.Another deficit: 2 elevators didn't work for 3 days (or longer). Unfortunately, when it was repaired after the weekend, it was already very loud from 8:30 a.m. Constant beeping for more than 30 minutes rang throughout the entire hallway on the floor.So there is still a lot of room for improvement.If the deficits are eliminated, we would be happy to come back.

Rooms very nice.Check-in took a very long time. Room code didn't work, twice in the night at reception. Cleaning was not carried out. Price far too high for this service.

Not recommended. I specifically requested for a ground floor superior apparent for my disable parents for which i received a reply from this hotel that this request has been approved. Upon arrival we were informed that their is no superior apartment on the ground floor hence they can offer us another spare room free of charge on the GF. What's the point of having a separate room or to split the rooms when I want to spend time with my parents. Secondly the superior apartment is on the 3rd floor and elevators not working and out of order. Thirdly the lady on the reception is quite rude.So not recommended at All. I would rather have an Air BNB next time.

Perfect hotel for visiting the nearby institute. Modern design, very clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff is outstandingly hospitable.
