Very nice staff. We were allowed to check in very early. No charge if you are a member of Best Western which is free. That was awesome after flying all night. The hotel was a little tough to find but that’s only because we were unfamiliar with the area. The hotel is very quiet and clean rooms. Bed was comfy and I love my own blanket. Parking was very easy and plenty of space. The pool looked amazing. Too cold for me. Had a few beers at the bar. Very good and bar staff was very nice. Room is not as cold as I would like but doable. Would definitely stay again.

Just had a 9 night stay at this hotel. I liked the breakfast and the breakfast staff. There’s also a fridge in the room and ample storage. But unless you like having no internet and a noisy, hot room just don’t do it. The “soap” in the shower is terrible. Pool was closed. The restaurant was closed during dinner for 100% of my stay. But there’s a bar with food. On my last night I went down to the bar at 6:50 pm to get dinner to-go. It was 25 minutes before a hotel employee entered the bar to take my order. I wish that were an exaggeration but it’s not. Many people were waiting. The bartender proceeded to tell me what I could and could not order. He said “this is too much for you, only get one” because I wanted to try two things on the menu. When I insisted he said “if you’re still hungry I’ll give you a banana or something.” I should mention that I’m mixed race and the man offered to give me a banana?!?!? Needless to say I was speechless. I got the one item he ALLOWED me to order and left the bar in disbelief. I have to return to Germany many times over the next year. I will not be staying at this hotel.

A great hotel but ruined by the attitude of the staff on the reception. When I checked out they could not give me an invoice, I have asked for one several times. They also charged me for unsing the mini bar but I never touched it. The guys running the reception must be running a scam I'm sure.I stayed here 4 days on a business trip and highly do not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located near the train. In fact, if you’re on a lower floor, you can feel the vibrations of the train in your room. I found it rather comforting and put me to sleep. The staff was incredibly friendly and spoke English very well. The breakfast in the morning was included and it was a definite feast. The service make you stay very very nice. Getting in and out of the hotel is a little challenging because of the bridge work that they are doing. Having said that we will definitely stay here again. They also have a parking garage, which is very convenient as part of the hotel. It fills up very quick.

The bed was very comfy. Front staff very friendly. Room was clean and comfy. Took a bit to find it but once we did easy in and out. We did not eat breakfast seemed a little pricey but I did get coffee. Had to pay for it. Parking was plenty and easy to park.

1. For 140 euros/ night , air conditioning is a basic expectation.2. In the description of the rooms it is clearly stated that the room is air conditioned however the front desk later told me that there is no air conditioning3. Bathrooms are dated but clean4. Only one towel in the room even when a confirmed occupancy was 35. The rooms are extremely hot in summer and if the windows are opened the traffic noise comes in , hence not recommended for light sleeper and also for one who are sensitive to room temperature and dust6. There are mosquitos in the room which come in through the windows when opened7. Absence of electric car charging spots in the property is offset by terminals close by ( are steeply Priced )The Property did repond to the feedback but needless to say this does not change my experience nor my perception as the temperature in the room was in excess of 27 deg on the day i stayed there and the temperatue moderated only when the windows were opened . The ventilation and cooling in the room was not what i have come to expect in other Best Western properties that I have stayed in .

The worst Experience to a Hotel !They asked us for a guarantee for our stay, unacceptable . Maybe this is a trick to earned more money the hotel , because in check out they charged us extra fee 50€ for cleaning room , even if they hadn't cleaned our room even once it’s for laugh , when we asked for the invoice and mentioned that to write for cleaning fee they gave us a invoice for bar charges 😂 , I am sorry that our time was not enough to call the relevant authorities.we stayed three days and our room was not cleaned even once .When they asked to has some ice cubes from the bar of hotel , the staff aggressively refused to offer us .The staff was rude and aggressive with us . everything was awful and spoiled our stay. Very bad experience for a hotel group.as for you sir (if you qualify as sir ) Leo cooper legal procedures will follow for your abusive characterizations and rude behavior .

Good hotel with a reasonable price. Breakfast was quite good for European standards. My only negative thought about the hotel is that it is a bit too close to the train station. The noise of the trians were audible from my room. You can see earplugs on your bed if your room is one of the closest to the train station. I had good sleep nevertheless but it is good to keep that in mind.

Won’t stay again and won’t recommend ! It’s not possible to warm up the room because someone decided that the whole hotel should be in an ac mode no matter that the outside temperature is 12 Celsius , rude customer service, very noisy the hotel is next to the railroads !
