It's a bit sad, the last time I came here was in 2017 and it was really clean. Yesterday, June 2021, it was there and now it's a bit dirty 😢

Poor location

The place is clean, affordable prices, close to the airport and Kuta beach tourist attractions

It is with great regret and a heavy heart that I write a review of this inn. Honestly, I don't want to give this inn a star, but because there is a minimum limit for giving stars, I am forced to give it a star. I got this accommodation from tiket.com. I made a reservation to stay 2 nights on December 24 - 25. I booked 3 weeks before my stay. I came to the hotel quite early at around 08.00 WITA. In the hope of being able to leave the goods or check in early with the option of adding a fee, it turned out that both were not possible. The receptionist said you had to check in on time and couldn't leave items. Finally I went to various tourist attractions around Kuta until the afternoon carrying a lot of things.I returned to the accommodation at 16.00 WITA and checked in. The receptionist said that there was no order in my name. Even though I have shown proof of booking in the form of an e-voucher for my stay on the tiket.com application and email. They reasoned that the accommodation was full. The receptionist even left me for around 30 minutes on the 2nd floor. Feeling ignored, I finally looked for the receptionist who said he was the owner of this inn.After that the receptionist came down and said that an error had occurred and they didn't know there was an order in my name. Finally I contacted tiket.com and tiket.com contacted the accommodation. Then the receptionist told me to return my money and asked me to look for another accommodation/hotel.I didn't want to and contacted tiket.com for help with checking in.Finally, I was contacted by reddoorz and tiket.com that they would help me check in. The receptionist offered to move me to another Reddoorz, but I still didn't want to because there were many considerations.I was told to wait again on the 2nd floor. At that time I was very tired and sleepy. While maximizing my cellphone battery which is already low. I contacted reddoorz and tiket.com until my cellphone died, there was no answer. Finally after 18.30 WITA I was able to check in.Because I was very tired and sleepy, I took a break. I think all services will be good and up to reddoorz standards. It turns out it's far from RedDoorz standards.1. Mineral water is not provided.2. Breakfast was also not delivered.3. AC is leaking4. the room is not tidied up5. Breakfast was given on the second day, the first day it was not given even though we ordered a room that included breakfast. breakfast tastes picturesque and unpleasant.In the evening I asked for mineral water and was promised it would be delivered to my room but it wasn't.In the morning I immediately went to various tourist attractions in Bali. In the evening I asked for new mineral water to be given.Basically, the accommodation facilities are quite good. Unfortunately the maintenance and service from the staff is very bad.Very disappointed.This accommodation is not recommended for any event.
