Very friendly male staff. Good service. The rooms and environment are very clean. The location is slightly off the main road, so it is very quiet, without being disturbed by the sound of vehicles.A little advice, at least a toothbrush and toothpaste are provided, it's not that expensive, but it gives the perfect impression for your stay.

Bad ! There is a very strong smell of humidity in the room, traces of humidity on the walls. The sheets are not clean. The only positive point is the location, close to the port of Sanur to take the boat.

A very nice stay for that price. Breakfast was fine and the employees were very friendly. The room was spacious, with a good shower and everything you need in a room. The swimming pool offers welcome relief. And the WiFi is good.The location is a 15 minute walk from the harbour. You cross a busy street and if you can cross the road in Indonesian, it is very doable.

The size of the homestay is quite okay...beesiihh..cozy...comfortable...budget cm 200-300 thousand...cm for a night's sleep before crossing to Nusa Penida

Magnificent hotel with very good value for money given its location in Sanur. The rooms are spacious and clean. The shower even has a wall which is not usual here in Indonesia. The service is top notch, the air conditioning was not cooling the room enough, they called a technician and it was repaired within the hour.

We booked 30/9 & 1/10, initial plan was a stop to Nusa Penida. Unfortunately 1/10 was ‘nyepi’, we couldn’t proceed with our plan. Hence there are no were for us to hop around, creepy feeling walking out the alley. It takes about 700 meter to the pier. Finally we found more happening place near Holiday Inn.

A beautiful place with a small swimming pool, nice, comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. This hotel is located at a quiet little street, but unfortunately separated from restaurants and the beach by two very crowded roads, which are difficult to cross.

Stayed for a week.It is close to Sanur Beach and Sindhu Beach, near a yoga center and an international school, and a convenience store (Alpha Mart) is nearby. It is convenient to use Grab Taxi as it is located in an alley where cars can enter.However, there is no TV or refrigerator in the room, and no toothbrushes are provided. The same goes for bottled water. There are no kitchen facilities in the room, and there is a common cooking area at the end of the hallway on the first floor, so you can solve your problem there.There was a smell coming from the bathroom, so I used air freshener^^;;Staying with the kids in a place without a TV or refrigerator was uncomfortable at first, but I got used to it and it was nice. I was satisfied as a parent because the kids didn't watch the TV for the first time in a long time, and since there was no refrigerator, I was personally happy because I could buy food on the fly and not have to pile up food in the room.The staff are also friendly. I had a great time without any major inconveniences.

Very disappointed, when we were chased we thought we had taken the towels away, even though we missed the night guard, they were all given small towels, not the big ones, so we thought we were given the big ones and then we lost them. Searched in the middle of the road, like a thief.

Feb 14, 2020 At 11.00 pm we back to hotel after work and its locked, we knocked, no one answer, we called the numbers not active, we wait 30 minutes, no one coming, bcause we so tired and need rest, we decide to jump through the wall then my wife got a little injured, we dont know why the main doors was locked. Its so disappointed.
