I got a stinking, damp room with no electrical sockets to connect my laptop or phone, when I asked about changing the room so I could connect my laptop, they told me they could connect it at the receptionvery bad service, very unprofessional employeesthe hostel is located very far from everything, very few buses, a village on the outskirts of Aachenbreakfast included in the price...... the cheapest food, they could at least buy the cheapest orange juice and not buy concentrated or powdered juice and mix it with water and give it to peopleDuring breakfast, service workers make sandwiches for themself with bare hands while serving breakfast between customers even though they give customers forks on each platefor 37 euros per day......it's not worth going to such a distant place with such bad service behaviorabsolutely nasty place

So the beds were like silk and the bed sheets did don’t fit the bed. The food gave people food poisoning and were sick all throughout the trip. The bathroom had no soap. …

Beds were comfy and I slept extremely well when I stayed here. Only downside was that heating was turned off at 10pm when it was around -7 degrees and snowing. The breakfast was very good though the quality of the dinner was not all that good but was bareable for just two nights.Overall it was alright it could have been worse but I’m quite glad I brought lots of snacks.

7,0Cheap staying it's okayPluspunten · Cheap staying outside the center of Aachen. They have a place to store your bike inside (make sure you bring your own lock).Minpunten · Free wifi = Free wifi for 1 hour. The room was stinky and a sign at the breakfast said maximum 2 little breads per person, what is weird in my opinion. The beds are hard too.

Really good! We went over with 46 pupils for a school trip. Bfast and dinner were lovely. Not a big variety, but as it was, was tasty and clean. The rooms were clean and no issues at rises. We would come back again, even with own family.

It's basic but it's very clean and warm. And customer service is very good. Great sized rooms and large bathrooms. Its only issue is that it's located up a steepish driveway/footpath, so it may not suit people with mobility issues.

Stayed here for a night + breakfast, in October. Few other customers. Welcoming staff. The breakfast is really great: simple, but good. Special thanks for the fruits! …

It is a great pleace to stay. The hostel is on the suburban of a Akwizgard so that the neighbourhood is quiet. Next to is bus stop but the buses are not arrives here often. So generały it is a good place for standing here for a few days as a start point.
