We came to eat at this establishment, move on!Located near the beach and with lower prices than competitors, but these are the only positive points.We were served 1 hour after ordering, even though the restaurant was almost empty.The dishes arrived half cold, ordinary and my friend had grains of sand in her chicken satay....

Average access.❗❗❗Advice for any Tourist❗❗❗[ If you are looking for luxury, this hotel is DEFINITELY NOT the type you are looking for ] 🤭🤭🤭[ If you just want to find a cheap hotel and a place to rest, this is definitely the type of hotel you are looking for ] ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Perfect for Solo travel.(Edited)My money gone without knowing what and how..... in the morning. 😑

After booking through Agoda 10days ago, for a couple + baby (including baby cot), we arrived at reception at 6pm, they claimed not working with Agoda anymore… they had a room for us if we wanted but could not help us for the baby (even with a simple mattress). Was right before sun down.. super disappointed about their reaction and surprised about lack of understanding / help.But “stay in peace” as they kept repeating while mocking us. Pity.

Super easy to get by and this is very close to the Sanur Port. For tourist who are planning stay just the night while you are being transit Nusa Peninda Island, Gili Islands or Lombok Island, this is the place to be.• We were here for two night and the first day the room was not that clean. However, when we returned from Nusa Peninda the room has been made and cleaned properly.• We had to place the breakfast order from the reception as they do not have a Buffet in the morning. However, my requirement was to have breakfast at 6.30am and we ordered “Nasi Jengo” for me and Toast Bread with Omelette for my wife, where they delivered to the room on time.• Also, the place has their own restaurant next door, yet we chose to walk towards the Sanur port to have some sea food from the restaurant.• The port is just 7 mins walking from the accommodation.• Basic amenities are not provided where you couldn’t find Dental Kit, Sanity Kit, toiletries yet towels were provided.• Tea/coffee making facilities are not provided, yet you get Tea/Coffee along with two 330ml mineral water bottles. Any additional water will cost you IDR 5000/- for a 600ml water bottle.• Value for money was satisfying as this is a budget hotel.• WIFI is available in the room and the lobby area for free.

Typical 300k guest house that gets the job done for when your last ferry was cancelled. The place is run by an older couple that is friendly and check in without a reservation is possible.The facilities are a little old, the location however is perfect and free banana pancake for breakfast.

Value for money. Simple but everything you need is available. For those who plan to go to Nusa Penida; you definitely need a stay near to Sanur Harbour and Agung & Sue is the place to go! By foot it will be around 6-8mins walk. Convenient really, as the ferry to Nusa Penida Harbour departs early in the morning.

The older lady who made breakfast was really nice. Unfortunately we were otherwise disappointed. We've always had good hotels for the same price. There were no towels, bathroom not pleasant. No fridge. Bed sheets extremely dirty. The TV display was completely broken. There was a dead and a live gecko in the room.

The service from the mother and father of the homestay owner is good and friendly, please, if you want to cross from Sanur, stay overnight and leave things at this homestay because she is very helpful
