The rooms were very large and spacious. The kitchen and the room were generally very well equipped. Permanently installed shampoo dispensers were missing in the bathroom.Unfortunately I have not received a response to my query. We also started our check-in at 2:50 p.m. and then unnecessarily had to wait another 10 minutes. A grace period should be built in here. That's why the service only gets 3 stars.

We stayed here for one night for a friends party nearby. The room was clean and modernly furnished. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet and we left well refreshed in the morning. We paid a very fair price for this and would be happy to come back.

Rooms are nicely decorated. Almost nothing is missing.Unfortunately it is very, very warm to hot in the rooms. The ventilation was turned down as much as possible, but we still had a sleepless night. Other guests also reported this. The outside temperature was around 16-18 degrees that day, so it couldn't have come from outside.The next point, everything is full of silverfish. On the kitchen, on the floor even in bed.Please note that if you enter the room again around 11:01 a.m. to take out your suitcase, you will automatically be locked out.The same applies if the room card doesn't work, there is no contact person. Most of the time there is no staff present, you have to be lucky to reach someone on the phone. An emergency 24 hours. There is no number.We won't book there again.

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the rooms because I haven't seen them. When I asked over the phone for overnight accommodation for 2 adults and 7-year-old twins, I was very kindly told that there was a larger room and that two beds could be provided. I was very happy about this as we urgently needed accommodation due to my mother's funeral. Later I received an email with the written offer, which I answered straight away and said that I was booking the room as offered.The day before my mother's funeral, the four of us traveled from Hesse to North Rhine-Westphalia only to discover that there were no rooms for us. I was asked if I had received written confirmation, but of course I didn't. But I thought it would be enough if I booked the room by phone because I needed it urgently and then confirmed this in writing by email! By the way, I always dealt with the same person by phone and email.There we stood and didn't know where we were going to get a room at a time when there were Christmas markets and the like.Luckily we came across a private holiday apartment and the very nice landlord had it ready and available to us within a short time. We are very grateful to him for that!

Horrible stay!!!The hotel itself is very modern and obviously very chic. BUT..!!! As you can see in the photo, there are combfish/silverfish crawling all over the room and on the bed. The rooms smell very bad... There were dead insects and long blonde and black hair on the floor... My work colleague had bread crumbs scattered around the room... Absolutely unclean and, if at all, cleaned half-heartedly. No reception or possibility of changing rooms... NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Very quiet location, rooms and ambience clean, but beds with the sleeping comfort of a park bench. If you want to show up to a business meeting the next morning without sleep and without breakfast, we absolutely recommend it! Even the chocolate drops on the bed don't stop it.

There is nothing to complain about the rooms. But for the price it shouldn't be less. Electronic check-in, with the touchscreen available on site, is a disaster and annoying at that. You should definitely do this in the other ways. The fact that there is no breakfast on most days is a non-issue for me. Since I didn't make the booking, I only noticed this here. For me it will be the last time in this house.

We booked an overnight stay for my parents so that they didn't have to drive home at night after a party on May 27th, 2023.At the party they told me about a well-kept entrance, a modern but comfortably furnished house with a bright and friendly room that was equipped with everything you need. They particularly liked the tea/coffee kitchen, even if they didn't need it themselves.I thought I had done everything right with the booking and mentally patted myself on the back.After returning to my own home, I was once again confirmed that the house had been a good choice - the room and bathroom were sparkling clean, the bed was comfortable, the night's sleep was naturally too short due to the celebration, but undisturbed, and the overall stay was very pleasant reported. Therefore, I would like to reproduce this here for my parents.From my own experience, I can confirm the good impression of my parents (who are experienced in travel and hotels) when I contacted them by email about an item I had forgotten when I left and received a very friendly answer within minutes. Since nothing goes to waste in a good house, Daddy's razor was of course found. Thank you very much again, Ms. Heinrichs, for the initial quick response and then the friendly response from housekeeping - that is also not a given.We are happy to recommend the house with a clear conscience. And if necessary, we can come back to the CAP1 Boardinghouse at any time and without hesitation.

Very nice apartment.But unfortunately there is no air conditioning so the rooms are a bit warm in summer. Locally in the house.Pillows are a bit cheap. Very thin.We'd love to come back.
