1 star is way too much! only the location of the hotel is good. Room, bathroom all dirty, old and extremely dilapidated. Shower dirty and with black mold. Pungent, indefinable smell in the room. …

I wouldn't give this hotel a star. I reserved a room and unfortunately couldn't arrive. I canceled on time, but unfortunately it is not accepted. Now I am being asked to pay the full price and the unbooked breakfast for myself and my daughters. Although the email stated that children only pay breakfast from the age of 7, the full price was also charged for my youngest, 5 years old.Very annoying and not recommended.Real rip-offs

There was a very friendly but also quite confused person at the reception. There is probably no functioning booking system there because the room bookings that were received online were sent to the receptionist via WhatsApp and he got a bit confused with the WhatsApp message. The room was quite large with a steep sloping ceiling and generally looked quite old-fashioned.I was surprised that you could watch the Sky programs on the television. The mattress was very uncomfortable but the pillow was ok.It's about a 5-minute walk to the city center and you can have a good meal there or shop in the supermarket. The hotel is also close to a train station with a bus stop.I didn't try the breakfast there, but the breakfast room looked quite modern.

We celebrated our silver wedding anniversary at the Vintage Hotel in the white hall and were completely thrilled. The day was just perfect! The food was not only delicious but a real culinary experience. The decoration was elegant and lovingly designed down to the smallest detail. We would particularly like to highlight Ms. Durgut, who spontaneously turned out to be our wedding planner and organized our celebration meticulously and with a lot of passion. The buffet was creative, fresh and perfectly seasoned. The service was excellent, well thought out and always courteous. Our entire family who stayed at the hotel was also very satisfied. The breakfast buffet was simple, but completely sufficient. From check-in to check-out everything was smooth. We can fully recommend the Vintage Hotel under the management of the Durgut family and would be happy to come back!F & MP Neubert

If you could give zero points here, I would do it. I spent two days and one night in this hotel due to a celebration. Unfortunately, it was a disaster, starting with open sockets and problems with electricity (the evening before the celebration) in the restaurant and a worker from Iran who tried to repair it at 9 p.m. and got an electric shock, to impossible behavior from the couple, who will own the hotel. Nothing that was agreed upon before the celebration was implemented. The food didn't taste good and the agreed good German wines were replaced by unlabeled wine bottles and served openly. When unloading the alcohol we had brought with us (this was agreed upon) we would have to put the bottles in the refrigerator. I have never seen such a dirty refrigerator in my life. A case for the health department? Definitely. The staff in the hotel spoke broken German, just like the waiters at the party. You could see that the entire staff was totally tired and had absolutely no desire to work, and one even claimed that he had been working in the hotel for 16 hours. The question of whether the staff work there legally and is paid decently remains to be seen. The whole hotel and the location is not nice and not clean. And the breakfast was actually decorated with the leftover food from our party, also for other guests)))Opposite the hotel is a playground where junkies and alcoholics live and fight). Price/value for the night in the hotel is not right at all! Unfortunately, there are far from all the points that led me to have to leave such a (first in my life) negative review here, in the hope that something will change in this place or at least the people who do Just reading it, made me think, maybe book something else!

It's okay for one night... I wouldn't recommend staying longer... The rooms are in great need of renovation and are getting old. Holes everywhere, dirt on the walls and from the tiled floor, which was loose and could use a bag of tile adhesive. The positive thing about the hotel is the location, you're not far from Cologne and the beds are really good. Checking out and checking in was no problem. Not paying with a card either.

The reception was very friendly and organized (we had booked beforehand)The room is big enough and clean. The facilities are nothing special but not bad either.TV has Sky and is decently sizedDespite the connect-qr, WiFi is not available in my room, which is unacceptable in this price category. A repeater really doesn't cost much. The bed is not saggy and is a simple slatted frame bed.The location is right at the train station. Whether this is a + or - depends on the guest. In summary: The next time I'm looking for a hotel nearby, I'll look for another one first.
