Very kind and helpful staff at reception, very good location . Booked single room with shared bathroom. The room is very clean and comfortable. It’s small but got everything I need. Affordable and reasonable price. Will definitely back if I will visit Cologne again. Thank you

A cosy hotel with an excellent location. The hotel is small, but comfy. There is no elevator, a thing to note. The rooms are good, beds comfortable and multiple pillows are provided (a big plus imho). Great hot water in the shower. The wifi is of excellent quality. The location is perfect, 2 mins walk from the central train station, but its not noisy in the hotel. The cathedral is 5 mins walk, through the train station. Some rooms seem to lack bathrooms, a thing to keep in mind. Breakfast is no longer included, which is quite a downside. Rather pricy overall, even considering the excellent location.

I stayed here for three nights during EURO 2024. As I expected, this is a no-frills hotel, but it was quiet and comfortable and ideal for my needs. …

Everyone was helpful right from check-in and providing detailed parking info to escorting our car out of the parking area on checkout. The breakfast was great and all the usual options were available. Walkable to major attractions in Cologne. Wide variety of food options nearby. The private room with bathroom was comfortable and seemed to be updated recently. Excellent service and location.(Remember that this is a hostel+hotel so if you want a private room, book accordingly. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry baggage up the stairs.)

The only positive about this extremely old-fashioned ‘hotel’ is that it is only a 5 minute walk from the main station, that is if you take the correct exit! The hotel staff were also friendly and helpful. …

A solid failure in the world of hotels. I wouldn’t recommend it.Booking in a hotel I imagined I would have a private bathroom/shower. There was only one bath and one shower for the whole floor. The toilet was tiny as you see in the picture, without a sink. No disinfection spray for the toilet to use before using it. They did not care to add it after I asked for it.My room was small, smelly, and you could hear people showering in the floor, door ringings, etc.The WiFi was weak and slow, disconnecting every other minute. For 90 Euro per night I expected more. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The pictures are from the floor bathroom and shower, shared among ~8-10 rooms.

The hotel holds the status of "hotel" instead of "Hostal", which is the one that should have. It is tremendously expensive for the very low quality (more than 80 euros per night): rooms without private bathrooms, old forniture and very, very small rooms. And it is very noisy, you can hear everything happening outside your room: if someone opens the door, goes to the toilet/bath and even what they do there! If you can, please, stay away from this place.

The facade of the hotel already looks nice, and it absolutely keeps its promises. Both receptionists I met were very nice and helpful. I loved that one has to ring the doorbell to be let in as it made me feel safe.My room and bathroom were absolutely spotless. A hairdryer, tissues and even slippers were provided in the room, it had a desk, chair, and even a nice, second chair to relax. The location so close to the main train station is absolutely perfect, and it still is calm enough to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom is extremely small, even for me as a very short person. At night some boomers shouted in the hallway. Not the hotel's fault, but its thin walks also didn't help either.I will need travel several more times and will book the hotel again for those nextdoor trips.

The only reason I don't give this place a 5* rating is because it's not the most luxurious hotel in the world but it's certainly worth the money. I spent approximately £50 for a one night stay and I was not disappointed. …

This hotel is easy to find from the Station. I had a single room with no bathroom. The shared bathroom down the corridor was clean and the shower was really powerful.  …
