“A courteous service turns a customer into a walking advertisement.”Unfortunately, James Cash Penny would probably have checked out again after 5 minutes to look for an Air BnB.Positive: The breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and very enjoyable even for vegetarians. But I didn't have enough Tupperware with me to write the rest of it off.Tip: Just use the underground car park. Parking and roundabouts on the main street are no fun.I don't really want to write anything about the rooms. The video is already scary enough.This looks to me like massive management problems and a lack of a renewal strategy. The staff is nice and accommodating ;-)

Great hotel! Many amenities in the hotel, as well as coffee/tea in the room.Kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer...what more could you want.Unfortunately, parking is not free for guests, but otherwise great!

The condition and furnishings of the rooms definitely do not meet the standard of a 4 star hotel and in our opinion the hotel does not deserve the 4 stars.The hotel is getting old and it has clearly not been renovated in a long time.There isn't even an automatic lowering mechanism for the toilet lid.Curtains were dirty and there was red mold-like discoloration on the joints in the bathroom.In general, the cleanliness in the stairwell and hallways left a lot to be desired.Many 3 star hotels can do this much better

Don't understand the rating here. Yes, older house but a super friendly team, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, first-class restaurants nearby and a kiosk with long opening hours on every other corner. Plus points for free water and a freely available refrigerator. I have experienced a lot through business trips in some well-known 5 star hotels. The Plaza exceeds these expectations. Keep it up! I'll be back :)

First impression of the hotel was okay, friendly but somewhat overwhelmed staff. When we got into the room, at first glance everything was good, the room seemed a bit dated but still ok. Until we got to the bathroom... Cleaning is probably a foreign word there, there are little black hairs everywhere, even on the walls. The bathtub and the floor were still dirty, toilet paper is single-layer and transparent. You could also buy a new shower head, as it is very contaminated. There were also small black hairs on the bed. The hotel is probably less suitable for light sleepers, as you can hear the street and the neighboring rooms extremely loudly. The hotel is suitable for 1 to a maximum of 2 nights, but for the price we would have expected a little more cleanliness…The breakfast was surprisingly very tasty and there was a lot of choice of delicious things.

The room was clean and the design was also nice.The room was located closer to the fire door in the floor. The door of the room was shaking at each and every fire door closing.The breakfast was also good: big variety of all kinda of cold cuts and cooked cuisines.Little disappointed that there was no soft cooked egg.Good location with enough parking opportunities and close to the motorway.It is easy to get into the down town by public transportation. You need to count with ca 20-30min bus or tram drive.

We have used the conference rooms in this property for about a week, and all of the front office agents were awesome and really helpful. The rooms facing the street are very noisy in the summer when the restaurants on the ground floor are outside and sleeping is out of the question before midnight. Road traffic is also very disruptive despite double glazing.

Average hotel. The underground car park lacks lighting (at least the part reserved for the hotel). Reception looks inviting. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rest of the hotel is clearly showing its age and a renovation would be desirable.
