I have been there for a few months until late 2023. The overall experience is positive. In particular, the service team is very nice and easy to communicate (they speak good German and English). I saw there are some concerns about the noises from the railway, but I was living in the room closest to the railway, if I locked the windows, I did not feel it is a big problem. The location is also actually good and close to a metro/tube station. A bit unlucky is that metros passing that station were often interrupted...But this is not the problem of the apartment.

My family lived here for 2 months. Lovely apartment and lovely staff. The location is also very central. Overall it was a very comfortable experience and will definitely recommend the stay here. Apartment housing in Bonn near Bonn Bad Godesberg+ great design and furniture of the whole house and especially within the flat+ big bathroom+ big flat TVs in bedroom and living room which worked fine for me+ free coffee and spices+ kitchen had anything needed+ cameras located in and around the house+ I had no problem with getting the code to the key, but you should write the owners beforehand+ parking slot+ card for access to the gym across the street included+ close to metro station (at the moment under construction and a walk to the next station of around 10 min is needed)- very closely located to a train rail, it gets very noisy, I had a flat directly located to the trains and to the street, which was awful, I definitely had to close the windows, even at day, because it annoyed me sometimes- a moderate but loud street, expect noises from the street and from the gym across the street (gym music, people drive away from the gym fast, with loud music)- I couldn't open the window in the bedroom and one in the main room - but it was too loud for it anyway - but I bit fresh air in the bedroom would have been nice- could be minimal cleaner for the price, I had a full ashtray on the veranda and old coffee cups inside of the machine, mirror and glass table was not clean- I bit far from anything, except for the gym and the metro station, there is no store or supermarket close by

We were able to call the Bonnaparte our home for 2 months.We felt very comfortable. Everything was very modern and clean. The city traffic was a bit loud but couldn't be heard with the windows closed! We were available to answer questions and help by email, telephone or in person. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The apartment was cleaned once a week and the bed linen was changed every 2 weeks. Washing machines were available in the basement for a fee. An elevator is also available. If necessary, you could book a parking space in the underground car park. Public transport, such as the light rail and bus as well as a bakery, were just around the corner. Actually everything was very quick and easy to get to.We felt very comfortable during the time and can recommend it with a clear conscience.

A great and clean house! I lived there for a long time last year and found the living to be very comfortable and the rooms very spacious and modern. Underground parking is available. My next stay in Bonn will also be at Bonnaparte.Thanks for the consistently great service.
