Location is perfect for train travel. Hotel is quite noisy (a lot of noise from other hotel guests) and on a busy road. No early check in possible and no reception available at desk outside of check in hours. |Complaint for absence of towels couldn’t be made as the phone was not answered by a person.

Nice hotel with the best price; I stayed there for 10 days, and the room I booked was very big.The cleanliness was not that good, but I guess it would be considered ok for a 2 stars hotel.Ahmad at the reception was always smiling and welcoming.The hotel is literally less than 1 minute far from Aachen's central station.

Great location to the Hauptbahnhof, bed was very comfortable, staff was excellent. One of the young men at the front desk even warned me of a coming train strike affecting my plans. All hotel rooms in 2023 should have a mini fridge. Where do I keep my German beer cold?

Small but decently clean room. Perfect location. Literally across the street from the train station. Food within 30 seconds walking distance. There was supposed to be a refrigerator in my room but there wasn't. I just used the ledge on my window for drinks since it was cold outside lol

Good, central location. Parking expensive. You get what you pay for, I guess, but this hotel seemed blow par and uncared for. Wouldn't stay here again. Breakfast was a minimum standard. Corridors narrow. Staff willing enough but no heart in it.

Very nice location right across from the Hauptbahnhof (don't get this one confused with the other bestprice Aachen hotel, which is at a slightly different location). Room and bathroom were clean and modern, and that's all that we ask for. The corridor was a bit dimly lit
