Had a great stay in Stayery Köln and can't say highly enough. The bedroom was cozy and had everything I needed, the lobby is very nice and has plenty of fun things - not only drinks, but also games and even a Nintendo Switch. Big thanks to Kathi who helped me with the malfunctioning sun blocker on my window and made my stay more enjoyable! Hope to be back soon!

We really enjoyed our five night stay in a comfortable apartment in a great location. On street parking was available if you found a space which we managed with relative ease. The bed was big and comfy but one of us had to clamber over the other to get out of bed which was not ideal in the middle of the night. We were staying five nights and had very limited tea and coffee offered in the room, although a request for extra did get a few more. But I was helped when a car problem meant I might have needed an extra night which they sorted out very quickly as an option. Had no issues with outside noise as some reviews have mentioned and loved being so close to lively streets with great food and bars. Also only a nice 45 minute walk to the cathedral. If that is too much station is round the corner for a two stop journey. Will definitely go back

Very nice rooms. Just missing a couple of key details to make it a 5 star review.Check in was modern and fast, no human interaction needed. Room was very clean, spacious and well laid out. Just as shown on the pictures on their website.Some stuff that frustrated me:- the lights: Not all of them worked. All of them were too bright, so no chill lighting for waking up or going to the bathroom at night.- the bathroom: floor in the shower wasn't good, so the whole bathroom floor would get wet. There didn't seem to be a ventilation system.- the tech: the website advertised "all the technology you need in order to plug & play". But there was no connection to the TV (HDMI or chrome cast), there was no (Bluetooth) Speaker to connect for music. The WIFI was pretty slow. The "smart tv" only offered German radio and TV. No streaming apps. Not sure what they mean with plug and play.

Our stay was really pleasant, everything is clean, modern and easily accessible, we loved the free water that came in cool Stayery packaging, the only thing I can think of that was confusing is finding the parking garage, as it was all the way in the back of a grocery store parking slot, it took a while to find. Maybe there could be some signs pointing which direction the parking garage of Stayery is, other than that, the stay was perfect!

I really enjoyed my room. I went for interior design exhibition and hotel was in a perfect location for Passagen and has amazing design. Everything is new and all is made with care to the smallest details. The concept of self check-in is nice too, but the luggage storage can be done only from 9am till 4pm, when their staff is available. The small minor point is that main light in the bathroom was not working, but they offered to change my room. It was very quiet during my night from Sunday to Monday. Location is in a trendy neighborhood (which looked a bit shaby and industrial to me though) with many restaurants. There is 10 minutes walk to public transportation, which I didn’t really enjoyed. With public transport you are in the center in 15 minutes.

The rooms were clean, when I first arrived. The cleaning service is good but can be improved. Location is fine if you want to be near clubs or parties. The center is just 15 minutes by bicycle.The wifi is not very good at the hotel, the connection tends to slow down in the nighttime.TV should be freely accessible to mirror your laptop or phone.Staff is very nice though, I had few issues which were resolved in a quick manner thanks to Kathi.

A Nice hotel.Very clean and comfortable! Our room on 4th floor was spacious. The only criticism is that we could hear the elevator but luckily, no one used it during the night.We booked a room here as we were attending Metric concert at the Live Music Hall that’s only 2 minutes away 😊There’s also a nearby shop with all the necessities.There’s a microwave in the room which can be useful.I recommend this place! 👍🏾

Never once saw any staff over the week, everything was over mail or WhatsApp who are based in Berlin. Its surrounded by bars and clubs so do not expect any sleep whilst staying here at all.  …
