We had an excellent experience with BoardingHouse LivingRoom during our 1.5-month stay at an L-sized apartment.We experienced professionalism, adaptability, and incredibly helpful staff - namely Ms. Keil.We arrived a couple of hours before our check-in and were offered to leave our luggages safely locked in an area near the reception. Regardless of our early arrival, our room was ready within 30 minutes.Our stay was pleasant and relaxing. Any questions or comments were addressed with care and efficiency.On our wish, the staff arranged a viewing of another apartmentfor our long-term stay - this was handled quickly and with respect to the tenant of the other apartment.We mismanaged our departure to a long-term apartment, however, the staff once again came forth to help us and allowed us to leave earlier than originally planned.They even lent us small equipment for moving our boxes with belongings.Our deposit was returned within 2.5 weeks.We can only recommend this boarding house - it made our transition to working in a new country a seamless experience.Thank you!

A very good room with kitchen and very nicely furnished. You can easily spend a week here. Good location.However, I didn't know what to do with my garbage bag, in a week there's already a lot of garbage in the bathroom and kitchen, and I couldn't find any garbage containers outside to dispose of.A wipe and a towel each for showering and very little for your hands if you spend several days or even weeks here.But with an information to the landlord, it was very nice, fresh towels and toilet paper were brought, thank you very much for that, that's called service.I'll be back next time I travel to Bad Homburg.

ATTENTION: Please pay attention to who the contractual partner is. In my case, the deposit went to the owner and he hasn't paid it back even after more than 4 months. I don't have the deposit for the parking tickets back yet either.The cleaning service was poor - the company was then changed. Very heavy infestation with silverfish.After filing a lawsuit, the deposit was refunded. Before paying an invoice, please pay close attention to who the contractual partner is.

Unfortunately had a bad experience.Living S Apartment is shown in the photos on the homepage, with photos of larger apartments.Forgotten 2nd duvet & pillow, could not be remedied (as it was a weekend!) by the responsible person ("Emergency No."!!).app. 002 not very clean either.Patio door couldn't be opened. We didn't receive the key for it.

We lived here as a family for 4 months. The apartment is fully furnished: there is a bed, TV, electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, oven, refrigerator. The refrigerator is small, but it was enough for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 1). The building has an elevator. There is also a laundry room, and washing (and drying) is possible only for an additional fee. When we lived, it cost 2 euros for washing or drying. There is a parking lot next to the building, which is very convenient. Parking is also paid - 70 euros/month.The staff is very friendly and customer-oriented. They will be happy to tell and give advice.The railway station, the bus station and the city center are nearby.

In itself a great boarding house with a good location, unfortunately they have almost doubled the prices from 2023 to 2024. That's why we won't be coming anymore. A pity.

We arrived at the reserved room and... the doors were closed, phones were not answered, and messages were not answered either. Live on the street with your child. I had to rent a room nearby. Horror😡😡😡
