Heilbronner Hotel am schönen Theater

Friendly receptionist. Room was very spacious and clean. Big bathroom, plenty of towels, spotlessly clean. Good for overnight stay.Only drawback was lack of air conditioning. Easy checkout.had to pay €10 for the dog, €8 for parking. Nice park 5 minutes walk.

The check in automat worked well, although the option of a live check in would have been nice. Upon entering the place it looked and smelled like a below average old age home. …

Super clear room. A cozy restaurant for if you need a breakfast specially on Sundays when everything is closed in the morning.Managers are super welcoming and nice people as well.

The hotel is just beautiful,clean... just as described, the reception is best 👌

Unfortunately the room smelled of smoke. The staff was very nice and super helpful, as the machine wasn't that easy to understand. Breakfast simple but ok.

I reserved a room and announced my arrival timeNow I was standing in front of the locked hotel. Really great action when you stand in front of a closed door at night and as a woman. I was not given the booking number. The cherry on top is that this hotel can't even be reached by phone!!! I can't recommend anyone to book this hotel

The hotel is centrally located, on a busy street (opening the windows at night is not possible due to the street noise!). The rooms are very clean and spacious. The mattresses are very soft - you have to like it.Unfortunately the breakfast was not okay for the price of €12.90 per person. We received the same baked rolls, cold cuts and spreads every morning. Although breakfast time is until 11 a.m. on a Sunday, nothing was refilled after 9:30 a.m. When we asked if we could still have rolls, we were told that there was still toast bread (this was still in the bread basket from the day before).In addition, €10 per day per dog and additional fees per parking space made the first positive impression fade.We didn't feel welcome by the staff with our child. We won't come anymore!

We stayed at the hotel with my family from July 20th to 22nd because we wanted to spend my second oldest's 18th birthday in Tripsdrill. The smallest are 1 and 4 years old. Firstly, the heat in the rooms was unbearable, there is a climate here. Above all, thick blankets are not an option in this heat. Then an old man felt disturbed at 6 a.m. on the 22nd. He complained because we were supposedly too loud. But that can't be the case since we were upstairs at the time with my 18 year old. We described it to the staff and the lady wasn't interested at all, just what the gentleman said. From 6 onwards there is no longer any need to sleep at night and to be honest it is never completely quiet in the hotel, then you should rather look for a holiday home and it also contradicts itself that the hotel is right on the main street and is already super loud there. Oh yes and for 12 euros what is offered for breakfast is an outrage. We have often had breakfast in hotels. We have a lot more choice for less money. The rolls from the lecture were just a little baked. As a trained housekeeper, I also expect that sausage and cheese are cooled and that you wear a hood when working with food. The toilet has extreme urine stone and the shower could use some mold removal. Normally I never complain, the only thing I don't like here is that you are not taken seriously as a guest and I expect the staff to have told the gentleman that you are allowed to talk at 6 a.m. I would understand if we had been partying and we weren't even in the room at the time. And then I just didn't think it was okay to be taken so little seriously by the staff. We definitely won't recommend it and won't come again
