The rooms and location are good. Unfortunately, breakfast is a big disaster if you want to have breakfast at half past eight. The sausage and cheese platters were almost empty and were not refilled or at least something prepared. Besides, apart from the lady at the reception, no one spoke a word of German. In the description there was a bar that was unfortunately only open the first evening. The room was not made available to the guests so you just had to sit in the room.

The rooms are good and clean, balcony and air conditioning.The staff is friendly, as long as you understand them, except for the receptionist, everyone only speaks French and no German.The hotel bar on offer wasalways closed, that said. existing restaurant is permanently closed. The breakfast buffet was very messy (see photos) and was not refilled. The scrambled eggs were probably put into the warming bowl at 6:30 a.m. at the start of breakfast and were already pretty dry by just after eight, just like the hard-boiled eggs, which were already blue. When asked, filter coffee was not made because the coffee machine would be too big for a small amount of coffee.

Good location, near tram station. Relatively old hotel. Very small rooms. Helpful and pleasant stuff. Bad wi-fi. Good and clean bathroom.At weekend nights, lots of drunk kids at nearby parking site from midnight until 6:30 a.m. No sleep at all because of their noise! This last thing cancels all good things about this hotel.

We were there with a larger cycling group and were satisfied. The rooms were quite warm in the humid weather, but otherwise everything was good. Very nicely decorated breakfast room.

The reception is open 24/24. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit small (hence the 4 stars). The runner (carpet) in the hotel corridors could also be replaced. But that's nothing to lower the quality of the hotel, it would just be a plus! Importantly, they were kept very clean and tidy. The breakfast was very good!The location of the hotel is also very great. I felt very comfortable there. Highly recommended!

When checking in the reception was very friendly and attentive.A very good value for money!Room was clean and well maintained.An ideal starting point for a city trip to Strasbourg. Line D tram stops just a few steps from the hotel!I can recommend it!

The friendly and helpful personnel were the only positive aspect of my stay.WiFi: The WiFi was extremely unstable and slow, making it nearly impossible to use even for basic tasks. This was very frustrating.Room and Bathroom Size: Both the room and bathroom were much smaller than depicted in the pictures, making the space feel cramped and uncomfortable.Climatization: There was no climate control in the room, which made it difficult to regulate the temperature and led to an unpleasant stay.No Refrigerator: There was no refrigerator in the room, which I consider a basic amenity.Bed Sheets: The bed sheets were old and worn out, and definitely need replacing.Hotel Condition: The hotel is very old and has a musty smell. The room window and rolladen were in poor condition, affecting both ventilation and light control. The overall atmosphere was not inviting.Breakfast: The breakfast was mediocre, at best a 5 out of 10. The coffee was cheap, and there was not enough meat provided in the buffet. This was quite disappointing.

Unfortunately it doesn't work at all!The single room is a residential toilet.Simple breakfast, which was ok.The bar was stocked like a kiosk in the desert. So getting almost nothing, until nothing at all at the end.

We booked a one-night stay at this hotel as we were visiting the Strasbourg Christmas market.The location is excellent for this as it was only a 2 minute walk to the tram.To the hotel...The outside needs a bit of renovation as it doesn't look like a hotel at first glance.But once you're inside, you forget the sight.Very, very friendly staff at the reception, the gentleman was from France, but spoke good German and was very nice.The rooms were also quite good, maybe a bit old, but everything was still great.Breakfast in the morning was great, nothing fancy, but a more than plentiful buffet.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on December 23rd. I don't expect a luxury hotel from a 3 star hotel. The room (single room) was a complete disaster. It was the size and furnishings of a prison cell, tiny wet room, sink was right behind the room door, no place to put your luggage. The inside of the building looks pretty worn out. There wasn't much effort put into breakfast either. The only positive thing about this hotel was the gentleman at the reception, who always greeted the guests in a very friendly manner.

I used it to go to the Christmas market in Strasbourg. It was like a Japanese business hotel, compact but comfortable with a mini fridge and TV. Breakfast was also delicious. It would have been even better if there was an electric kettle. It's close to the tram station that goes to Strasbourg, and there's a supermarket right in front of it.

I had booked a single room as part of a bus trip (Christmas markets). The room was the size of a “prison cell”. The carpet and the window were dirty. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and the toilet seat was partly dark in color. The shower was so narrow that you had to think about how to get in without herniating a disc. The entrance area was unkempt and the front door was smudged. The breakfast buffet was carelessly prepared, and on the second day there was no kettle for tea drinkers. The friendly French receptionist was positive and the room was very well heated.Otherwise the price/performance ratio wasn't right at all. I don't expect luxury from a 3-star hotel, but I definitely expect cleanliness!

I like that it’s close to Strasbourg.However, do not expect rooms. Breakfast is free, but it's not that good, but how can it be free? It's an inconvenient place if you don't have a car, but it was a good price for a family of three.
