The location of the hotel is very good. We can also recommend the rooms and SPA. The staff is courteous and friendly. We weren't satisfied with the food and its selection, we expect more for 4*.But there are alternatives in town for good and plentiful food.

The hotel is beautifully located and there are very nice hiking trails from there. The reception was very unfriendly and the senior manager immediately gave you the impression of being a drunkardWe were tired and just wanted to check in…But none: firstPay them, because I don't run after my money.Well, if you can get away with the charm of a prison gate….As dog owners, they are put in a corner that resembles a canteen. No tablecloth on the table, just like on the Metro in the dining room. The meals are, well, absolutely edible but if they are served a ready-made schnitzel, probably frozen and bone dry with potato saladyou need a lot of liquid to swallow. All in all, this doesn't correspond to a 4 star level. We were also denied access to the breakfast room on the first day (without a dog, of course) and after a complaint, the staff weren't really friendlySummarySo if someone wants good food, a nice atmosphere and a stress-free stay, they should look elsewhere

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and great location. The breakfast buffet with homemade baked goods was very varied and delicious. The half-board dinner was also quite good and plentiful thanks to the salad buffet. Recommended for a family holiday/hiking holiday

Where do I start, there are many points to complain about here. First of all, the NEGATIVE. We were greeted very soberly, totally unusual for Tyrol, we 4 adults didn't feel welcome. We had to pay for the rooms at reception without even seeing them first. Sorry, it doesn't work at all. We checked in online before but it took a long time until we finally got the key from the boss. We then wanted to use the sauna straight away, but we were told that it was no longer possible and it closed at 6 p.m. It was only 5:15 p.m. We insisted, then I asked for a bathrobe that cost 5 euros to rent! - for a shabby cloak. Then we were looking forward to a great dinner because we had booked half board, so he said he had to know what we were eating, there were two dishes to choose from: Wienerschnitzel or Veggieschnitzel and the meal time was strictly between 6 and 7 p.m What is that supposed to mean?He said if you come late you have to expect the salad buffet to be out. The veggie schnitzel was inedible and the potato salad had lots of raw onions. Breakfast was from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. The offer was very limited but ok, the absolute impudence was to charge €4.50 for a cappuccino in a 4 star hotel. Unbelievable but true, the reception was no longer occupied after dinner and we sat in the entrance hall. So one disappointment followed another, the rest of the staff were attentive and friendly. We had to leave the room at 10, which was a shame. There were positive things: everything was clean, our room in the new building was ok with a balcony and mountain view, it was warm and there was a large bathroom. The sauna was ok, the relaxation room had a great view, some places were nicely decorated. Other areas were old and inappropriate. The prices weren't exactly cheap, 1 night in a double room with half board for €173. My conclusion: I will definitely not go there again and can't recommend it either. The 4 stars are by no means justified. The pictures are of the acceptable side of the hotel. In my opinion, a lot needs to be changed here, but I think it's missing from the boss's side.
