Good hotel with practically furnished rooms that are clean. Very friendly service in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet is not really appealing. It still has potential for improvement.

We took a bus to the Golden Cross at the weekend..RECEPTION was very coolRoom: mine totally needs renovation, the towels were next to the toilet bowl. (leech-like) other rooms were better equipped.Everything was clean! The 2 Hungarian cellars are outstanding and outstanding. They get 5+++++ stars.Kitchen HP Excellent, prices for drinks very good.Would come again because of the waiter! But a renovation is absolutely necessary.

The furniture in the rooms is really showing its age, but it is clean. Bed linen and towels are really fine. The half board food is really good. The employees are very nice throughout the house. Overall a good price/performance ratio.

The hotel was recommended to us. The welcome was very warm and we immediately felt very comfortable. The rooms are a bit old, our bathroom was partially renovated. Minor problems in the room were resolved immediately and happily. The rooms were not noisy, so you could sleep very well. However, if the balcony door was open, you might be woken up by the sound of cowbells ringing at 7am.The staff in the hotel's restaurant was very accommodating and tried to fulfill all of our wishes. Unfortunately the breakfast was a bit limited, but good. The products were fresh and attractively presented. The half-board dinner was good, freshly prepared and varied. We will definitely stay there again.

Very impersonal hotel as we actually only met 3 people.2 people took turns at the reception/office, but had no contact with the guests.1 person in the breakfast room who was very friendly but totally overwhelmed.Internet doesn't work at all, and toilet paper was also saved. The location is ideal for reaching the surrounding hiking areas.

Rooms: are in an old, sometimes miserable condition. The curtains have holes. Some shower walls are not available, so the bathroom is flooded with water after every shower. Towel racks are right next to the toilet, a bit unhygienic. Some of the wallpaper is peeling off the walls. When you enter, the balcony creaks as if it would collapse under you. Nothing has been invested in the building here for decades!Service: Waiters are very friendly, hence 3 stars. However, you shouldn't expect to get something to drink during the day, as there is simply no one in the hotel to serve you. Ironically, there are ice cream menus on the tables outside, how are you supposed to order ice cream when there's no one there to serve you? The payment system is very complicated, drinks go to two or three different cash registers, depending on where and at what time you drink something. In some cases, drinks were paid for twice even though you didn't drink them, but the hotel insisted on this. The manager of the hotel was very unfriendly and was never actually seen.Food: Breakfast and dinner were absolutely fine. There are minor defects, but they are also a matter of taste.Wellness area: Perfectly fine, but the opening times (2 p.m. to 7 p.m.) are bad because you want to sit in the whirlpool after dinner in the evening.

Was in this hotel for the first time in 2023 for the Tannheim cycling marathon and was satisfied so far. The rooms and also the hallways are now very old and do not convey a feel-good character... Due to the cycling event, the hotel was well attended but you could tell the staff was missing... Two waiters who served the entire restaurant and more Having to make drinks at the same time was just too much... So you had to wait forever unfortunately... The food wasn't to my taste... The menu promised more than what was offered... The location is great... Super central and yet quiet....

We usually go to Austria in September for about 10 days, but this year we opted to go twice for about 6 days. In June there are many flowers that are beautifully open, September there are more forest mushrooms. …
