The staffs are unresponsive. We told the staff we donβt need a house keeper but she still came in everyday. The house keepers will do your bed, but nothing else. The bathroom is filthy like it was never cleaned before. I dropped my soap bar once and found 10 hairs with at least 3 different colors on it.

To flee!!!!! This is by far the worst place I have been in Bali. And elsewhere in the world. Even in Morocco it is more hygienic. The service is deplorable. They are trying to rip us off at all costs. The electricity goes out in the middle of the night and then they ask us to pay 15β¬ extra to have electricity for the month. Everything is dirty. They are cleaning the surface, there are handprints on the walls. The condition of the bathroom is moldy and disgusting. The kitchen available is not clean either and the gas goes out every 2 days. There are only a few kitchen utensils and it is clear that they are a long time ago. Someone threw up in the pool while she was having sex with her partner.Stray dogs hang around the hotel and come into the rooms.The cleaning lady is not nice. She allows herself to speak badly and insult these customers in Indonesian. She doesn't say hello or any polite words.BIG SCAM!!!!

It was really good yesterday I stayed here 5 days. Good service, rooms are also really good. There is hot water wifi etc. at low prices

We lived for two weeks. Everything is good, friendly owner, there is a kitchen. Wi-Fi, however, was constantly disconnected and I had to connect again (enter login and password). Cleaning once a week. It was difficult to cook in the kitchen and eat at the kitchen table because the neighbors were always there.
